2BREAKING OF PLASTER: Breaking of old plaster of any thickness by breaker machine or manually at all levels, including required erection support and including cleaning of exposed surface, covering of goods / floor / glass etc. to avoid any damages. all complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.
3CHIPPING OF R.C.C. : Chipping of existing loose and damaged cover concrete at specified locations with chisel and light hammer, cleaning the surface with wire brush and washing concrete surface with water etc. all complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.
4REMOVAL OF THE DEBRIS: Lowering down the debris obtained from breaking and removing the cement plaster/waterproofing, RCC, etc. by any means without causing dust nuisance and damage to structure, stacking the same as and where directed including cleaning the site and carting away the same outside the building compound upto the municipal dump with all lead and lift completeas per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge complete.
5STRUCTURAL REPAIR, CIVIL REPAIR & CARPENTARY WORKS
6STRUCTURE REPAIR WITH POLYMER BY FOLLOWING PROCESS: 1) Rust Remover Brushing with wire rush and removing all rust scales from rebars & washing with water as required and providing and applying Rust Remover on existing exposed reinforcement bars 2) R.I. Coat Providing and applying Rust Inhibition Coat / system to exposed rebars & also new rebars complete. 3) Bond coat Providing and applying raw Polymer Bond Coat / system to all exposed concrete surface and rebars prior to polymer treatment complete. 4) P.M.M. Providing and applying Polymer modified mortar in ratio 1:5:15 (1 part by weight of polymer: 5 parts by weight of cement: 15 parts by weight of Quartz sand) up to 25 mm thickness all complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in- charge. If thickness more than 25mm arrived then 2nd layer polymer needs to apply, after approval of consulting engineer Consulting Engineer / in-charge. For second layer rate considered 75% of quoted rate of entire polymer repair item.
7INTERNAL PLASTER : - Providing internal 12mm thick Internal plaster confirming to IS:4031 (Part-4) 1988 and IS:383-1970 in a single coat using Cement mortar of proportion 1:4 containing special type of polymer additives about 0.4%, to all type of surfaces in all positions including scaffolding andracking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, watering, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc. complete.
8DOOR & WINDOW FRAME:- Providing and fixing machine cut machine polished 18 mm to 20 mm thick telephone black / Amba White / Cadbury brown / RBI red / Ocean Brown granite stone for treads and risers of steps and staircases of approved colour and shade withfullmoulding and three grooved line forthetreadsonbedof1:4Cementmortar includingfloatfilling jointswithneatcement slurry curing polishing and cleaningetc. complete.
9NEW FRP DOOR SHUTTERS:- Providing and fixing fibre glass reinforced polyester door shutter 35 mm thick as per IS 14856 (2000) (Reaffirmed 2006) without ventilator including chromium plated fixtures and fastening with chromium plated handles on both sides, and other required fixture etc. complete.
10NEW SHUTTERS OF KITCHEN TABLE & CUPBOARD:- Providing and fixing shutter to wall cupboard made from 19 mm thick Teak particle board with approved coloured laminated face 1.5mm thick bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin B.W.P. grade including lipping beading iron oxidised fixtures and fastening and oil primer coat etc. complete along with required fitting to make shutters of kitchen table and cupboard.(Excluding cupboard frame).
11PAINTINGWORK
12FLOORING COVERING DURING PAINTING: Providing and covering entire flooring area during painting by mean of tarpaulin OR Jute Bardan to avoid paint stains & damages to the flooring and removing the same after completion of painting, etc complete.
13WALL CARE PUTTY ON WALL & CEILING: Providing and applying Two coats of wall care Putty of required thickness as per the site conditions on entire painting surface of Ceiling and Walls to prepare surface even and smooth of approved make, etc complete.
14INTERNAL PRIMER: Providing and applying priming coat on concrete/masonary/Asbestos Cement/plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required etc.complete.
15INTERNAL PEARL/LUSTER PAINT: Providing and applying pearl/luster finish paint of approved colour and shade to the existing plaster surfacein two coats 1st coat with brush/rubber/spray with mineral turpentine 7 to 9%and Oil with roller 19 to 21%After 8 hours of activity Applying 2nd coat of wall finish Lustre with mineral turpentine 7 to 9% with brush and Oil with roller 19 to 21%after allowing dry for the period of 6 to 8 hours activity including scaffolding, preparing the surface. (excluding primer coat) etc. complete.
16PRIMER FOR OIL PAINTING: Providing and applying priming coat on old/new wood & wooden surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required etc.complete.
17OIL PAINT (DOORS): Providing and applying two coats of lead/zinc base oil paint/bituminious paint of approved colour and shade to old wood work and fiber boards previously painted including if necessary scaffolding, preparing the surface excluding priming coat etc. complete.
