Sub Head -III (Operation of Lift)Operation of following Lifts on all days of the month excluding Sundays & Holidays as per terms & conditions attached and by providing following minimum staff : a) 13 Passengers Lift -2 Nos. b) Dump Waiter – 1 No.Lift operator-2 Nos. (9 AM to 5 PM)

Sub Head-IV (Operation of Fire Fighting System)Routine maintenance and operation of following fire fighting and fire detection installation i/c routine testing of all equipments upkeeping all installation in operational and tiddy conditions on all days i/c Saturday Sunday and holidays as per terms and conditions attachedi) Wet riser system complete with all associated installation such as hose reel, hose drum, main fire pumping set, pressurization pumping set, diesel engine driven, pumpin sets along with panel board and associated accessories.ii) Conventional fire alarm system complete with heat/ smoke detector along with there associated accessories etc.ii) CO2 flooding separation system comprising with 32 x 45 kg.
