3Dismantling and removing wrought and framed timber roof and floor and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions.
4Labour charges for dismantling carefully the existingceiling /partitions with AC sheets, Plywood / Hardboard /woodetc and stacking them for reuse as per deptl.instructions.
5Chipping & removing mosaic flooring / skirting/ slate or blackboards in walls in the toilet rooms and other areas very carefully without damaging the remaining portions and water supply items and removing the debris to places pointed out by the department.
6Dismantling existing old sanittary fittings like wash basin, EWC, Urinal etc and removing all internal water lines and waste lines carefully without damaging the building as instructed at site from 2 toilet blocks
7Chipping & removing old cement plastered surface including racking out joints & clearing the surface for replastering & disposal of the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.
8Chipping & removing portions of existing RCC works carefully without damaging the remaining structure & removing the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.
9Dismantling and clearing away any thickness of rubble, brick, laterite in CM including disposal of debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.
10Dismantling CC/RCC works including separately removing & stacking available reinforcement & clearing away the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.
11Dismantling carefully the existing RCC jalley ofsize 500x250 mm without any damage to remaining building components.
12Dismantling and removing doors with or without ventilators including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfast and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions
13Dismantling and removing windows/ventilators/shelves/cup boards/AC frames etc including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfasts and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions
14Taking down shutters of doors, windows and ventilators including removal of hinges and all other fittings and stacking as per deptl.instructions
15Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections (collapsible grill/gate etc.)without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Measurements will be based on actual weight taken at FACT"s weigh bridge if required by Engineer-in-Charge).
16Supplying and fixing Thambakam wood reepers in position for roofing work including cost of suitable wire nails etc. complete at all levels
17Supplying 1st class and well-seasoned Thambakam wood scantling at site in required dimensions as per deptl.instructions.
18Labour for woodwork in wrought and put up with deptl.materials.
19Supply, fabrication and fixing of steel structures made with M.S. hollow tubular sectionsofTATA /JINDAL ofdifferent sectionswithinsert plates,legsetc. and blinding the hollow tubes with MS plates etc. at all heights with necessary welding ,scaffoldiing and painting with twocoats of zinc chromate yellow metalprimer and twocoats of synthetic enamel paint with all labour and material charges etc. complete
20Supplying and providing Aluminium coloured roofing sheets "Tiled Profile" of"Hindalco everlast " or equivalent makeat all levels with minimum thickness of 0.5mm,with suitableanticorrossive corroshield selftapping scews, washers, overlaps of sheets with adequate sealing arrangements including cuttingsheets torequiredshape/length and fixing withself tapping screws ofrequired diameter and length, etc.as per manufacturer’s specifications.
21Supplying and providingcolour coated Zincalume steel sheetsat all levels with minimum yield stress of 550 Mpa and having 0.45mm base metal thickness and a hot dip zinc aluminium alloy coating( consist of 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon and 55% aluminium with total coating mass of 150 gm/Sqm). The total colour coating thickness of 40 micronswith silicon modified polyester paint system shall be of 20 microns coat on exterior surface and 10 microns on under side of sheet over 5 microns primer coat on both sides Total thickness of coated sheet to be0.5mm. Roofing sheet shall be crest fixed to the purlins with Hot dip galvanized self drilling fasteners of required diameter and length with integral EPDM washers as per manufacturer’s specifications. Fasteners also to be provided on the side laps of sheet.  Minimum sheet overlap at end laps shall be 150mm- For Roofing/cladding/louver
22Providing colour coated Zincalume steel ridgecapping with hooksorbolts and nuts,and EPDM washers etc.complete.as per manufacturer’s specifications
23Supplying and fixing10 mm or suitable dia Anchor bolts at all heights for fixing sunshade brackets including cost of bolt,drilling charges,scaffolding charges if required etc complete as per instructions
24Plain Cement Concretework in 1:2:4 nominal mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete at all levels,excluding cost of cement

29Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,excluding cost of cement
30Charges forplastering with neat cement flushing coat over the base plastering,excluding cost of cement
31Roofing with first class MP roofing tiles 340 mm nominal size over rafter and reaper already provided (Using deptl. MP tiles).

35Surki mortar bordering to tiled roof about 65 Sq.cm. in section including adding cement at all heights as per deptl.instructions.
36Valleying with 22 Guage Aluminium sheets , 900mm wide with an overlap of 150 mm at joints including nailing with stainless steel nails of required length to the roof members as valley gutters at all heights including necessary scaffolding etc complete.
37Ceiling with 4 mmnonAC plain sheets “E” board of Everest or equivalent screwed on to the underside of frame work already provided including necessary SS screws, wire nails & cost of all materials & scaffolding charges etc. complete as per deptl. instructions.
38Supplying and fixing Anjili wood planed and framed work in position to the lines and levels etc. complete as per deptl. instructions.
39Providing, fabricating & fixing in position to the door frame already provided, first class well seasoned Anjili wood single leaf/double leaf fully paneled shutters with 150 x 35 mm bottom & lock frames, all other frames 100 x 35 mm & 18 mm thick panel planks including all labour charges for fixing all hardware but excluding cost of hardware etc.complete.
40Providing & Fixing in position fully glazed shutters (top or center hung) in first class well seasoned Anjiliwood & 3 mm thick plain glass to suit the ventilator frames already provided with 70 x 30 mm frames and 20 x 12 mm teakwood beadings & brass wire nails including all charges for fixing hardware but excluding cost of hardware etc.complete.
41Providing 3 mm thick plain glass for glazed shutters, partition etc with wooden fillet, putty etc. including dismantling broken glass etc.
42Providing and fixing PVC door of syntex or equivalant make withshutter frame made of extruded plastic section having dimension of 60 x 24 mm or nearest, paneling with single panelhollow plastic section of20 mm thick withaverage wall thickness of 1 mmand outer frame of door made of extruded plastic section of 48 x 40 mm or nearestincluding providing and fixing all required fittings such as stainless steel butt hinges, PVC tower bolts, PVC handles etc.complete as per manufacturers specifications.
43Providing guard bars to windows & ventilators using suitable size M.S. rods using contractor’s own MS bars
44Providing and laying with approved brandrectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in suitable colours laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
45Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS :15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge for dadoing to walls over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
