4Foundations, footings, bases of columns,etc. for mass concrete complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.
5Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.
6Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.
7Edges of slabs and break in floors and walls under 20 cm wide complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

17Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
18All work up to plinth level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
19In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level.

22Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
23Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared on steel work and applied as per manufacturer"s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
24Writing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
25Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tube ( IS : 1239-2004) of 150 mm dia, & medium Class conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. (EARTH WORK IN TRENCHES TO BE MEASURED PAID FOR SEPARATELY)
26Providing and Fixing CI Sluice Valve 150 mm ø PN-1.00 10.20 Kg/cm² Kartar make i/c MS Flange of Table as per IS 6392-1971 of 5 WT of 71.30 Kg & Welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces and & i/c carriages in all respects within all leads & lifts complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
2720 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
28Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning & testing in trenchesHDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984 (1995) and jointing the pipes with push type compression joints byhydraulically operated machines, butt fussion welding & electro fusion welding machines i/c necessary fittings, bends, tees, unions, flanges, collars & reducersetc. confirming to IS 8360 & IS 8008with latest ammendments& shall be provided as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required. Jointing shall be confirming to IS code 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & bolts.All manufacturing maerial used shall be in accordance to IS 4427-2007 (latest revision) with 100 % virigin pre-compounded or natural PE resin. Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c testing at site upto entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
