5Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with labour and T&P etc. required for the workcomplete.

18Fixing glazed wall tiles having approved size of approved quality, shade, make & as directed by Engineer-in-charge in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties andall materials complete in all respects.
19Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified industrial tiles in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make confirming to IS:13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cment of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
20Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. Door / Window shutters, gates & M.S. Grill as per approveddesign as directed by Engineer-in-charge and placing in proper position including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.
