Material : High Tension Steel / Carbon Manganese steel 2. Standard : As per approved IRS class / classification society 3. Dimensions: As mentioned in the Por t Drawing No. DPC Buoy Yard/ Channel Buoy 0004A/2018 4. These Shackles shall carry Proof Load Test Certificate, Grade II M.S. Swivel Piece with End Links 1. Material : High Tension Steel / Carbon Manganese steel 2. Standard : As per approved IRS class / Classification society 3. The chains shall be made as per approved IRS class / classification society 4. The chains shall carry proof load test certificate. 5. Dimensions: As per Port Drawing No. DPC buoyyard/Channelbuoy0005A/2018 Dimensions for End Link Chains, 3.5 Ton C.I. Sinker for Channel Buoy 1. Material : Grey Cast Iron - Grade IS 210 / 78 Amendment No. 1 Grade R.G.200 in place of Cast iron 2.Hook : 3008 (C-30) IS 1570 3. Dimension : As per Port drawing of the item with measurement is also enclosed. 4. Finish : Coat of Black Bitumen base paint 5.
