| 2 | FRONT LIT FLEX WITHOUT FRAME : Supplying, Printing ( multi-colored) , Transportation and Fixing of Flex Based Hoardings/Messages of non-lit 200-340 GSM Flex of make Pioneer / SRF / Sinflex Flex or equivalent duly approved by IOCL with 600 DPI min four pass solvent printing as per different designs given by IOCL and minimum 04 months outdoor guarantee against colour fading given by supplier, on the hoardings or at suitable specified places, at our Retail Outlets/ KSKs/ Locations anywhere in specified Divisional Office area of Bihar State Office (BSO)and under any type of environment i.e. sunny , rainy etc. All materials and equipment required for erection are to be supplied by contractor and rates quoted should be inclusive of the same. The rates quoted should also be inclusive of all taxes, transportation costs, Octroi, NHAI Toll Payments, etc and excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable as per latest GST guidelines. The work includes the dismantling of old flex messages, if any, from existing hoardings, etc. Item also includes cost of labour, transportation, erection, hoisting, tools, tackle, jigs, scaffolding, mould and all other consumables that might be required to complete the job. The fixing of flex messages should be firm and should not be loose & uneven and should withstand the natural vagaries. Flex to be wrapped on sides by minimum 200mm to have strong fixing. The above works should be guaranteed for a period of 04 months wherein it is expected that the messages do not fade and flex do not come out. Vendor with date & name should suitably stamp flex installed at the site. Only Front visible area shall be measured nearest to single digit, for payment. Party has to submit coloured photographs (longer & nearer view) of the work done, along-with their bill, duly endorsed by our Field Officer. IndianOil may appoint TPI Agency at own cost for inspection/supervision of work. |
| 3 | SUPPLY OF BANNERS: Supply, Printing, Transportation and Fixing of Hoarding Flex Messages with solvent printing in line with Corporation"s Art Work and Colour Scheme as per details given in point no 1 above, but pasted on stable frame of various sizes (as per advise of site engineer) made out of MS Square Hollow Section frame of size 25 mm and 2 mm thickness. Flex payment shall be released under item no. 1. MS Square Hollow Section frame shall be paid actual as per length in feet.Steel Work in built up trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer |
| 4 | VINYL STICKERS, 3M/AVERY DENNISON: Supplying, Printing, Transportation & Fixing of 100 Micron Vinyl Stickers of make 3M /Avery Dennison or equivalent duly approved by IOCL with Latex/UV printing as per different designs given by IOCL to be pasted/fixed on Dispensing Units installed at our Retail Outlets and 06 months outdoor guarantee against colour fading given by supplier at locations anywhere in specified Divisional Office area of Bihar State Office. The rates quoted should also be inclusive of all taxes, transportation costs, Octroi,NHAI Toll Payments, etc and excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable as per latest GST guidelines. The above works should be guaranteed for a period of 06 months wherein it is expected that the messages do not fade. Vendor with date & name should suitably stamp flex supplied at the site.
