| 3 | The Total cost mentioned above shall be same as the total cost of entire project quoted. NB: Cost of Construction inclusive of all taxes charges including GST (as applicable) in respect of the site shall be quoted by contractor, presuming a plinth area as provided in the table above for the respective Building. The Plinth area to be actually constructed at site can be increased/decreased and the cost will be accordingly increased/decreased considering the Plinth Area Rate per sqm quoted by the contractor as above. Plinth Area shall be calculated as per CPWD Plinth Area Rates 2021 (attached with the tender) Construction of Art and cultural complex building as per the architectural/structural drawings and specifications mentioned entered in the tender document using RCC framed structure, masonry work, all MEP Services, Internal partitions, Flooring, false ceiling, doors & windows, fire doors, external wall finishing i.e.dry stone cladding, Structural Glazing, GRC/Stone Jali, Internal Sanitary installation & Water supply, overhead storage tank, internal electrification, fire-alarm and firefighting, HVAC, CC TV, Audio-Visual system, lifts solar plant and etc. completeas per scope of work, specializations and drawings i/c Testing & Commissioning of all services as per following: |
