9Excavation in TRENCHES for pipes, sewers,etc in all soils except soft and hard rockupto1.5m depth from average ground level,including dewatering if necessary, dressing bottom to required level, profile/slope, back filling in trenches with selected excavated materials in layers not exceeding 250 mm, consolidating, leveling, clearing of all the areas involving excavation of all grass,rank vegetation, shrubs,bushes,cutting of treesupto 300mm grith measured at 1.0 mtr above ground leveldisposing the spoil within a distance of 50m for ,storm water drains, electrical cables trenches etc.,
10Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock) inplinth , sides offoundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering , lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.
11Supplying & filling murrum brought from outside in floors, trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
12Lead charges for the1 KM or part thereoffor additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively.

ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer"s Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to properlevel, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing,curing, etc.,but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas.

21Providing precast cement concrete Jali 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size ), reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire, including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffitsfor 50mm thick.
22Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-20 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 8112 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), crushed stone sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas. 2. Sand shall be manufactured sand.
23FORM WORK:
24Providing centering and shuttering using good quality densified film-faced Plywood of at least 12mm thick approved make conforming to IS 4990including strutting, propping, staging made out of steel frames/H-frames/ Mild Steel (MS) Pipes/Cup and Lock System etc., and removal of the sameas required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets andapplying One (1) coat of shuttering oil (Cemol/Fosroc make/any other ) on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete,including PVC cover blocks etc., if required, for insitu Reinforced Concrete and in Plain Cement Concrete works etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE:The Formwork shall be designed and got approved from the Design Section before erection

28Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement barsfor Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.
29Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel work using rolled steel joists, angles, channels, plates in built up sections, Trusses (Complete Truss system consisting of Trusses, Purlins, Bracings, Gusset Plates, Base Plates etc.,) and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting with 2 (Two) coats of synthetic enamel paint over One (1) coat of Zinc Chromate primer of make M/s. Asian Paints, Johnson and Nicklson, Berger, Nerolac, etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standardsto 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated.

32Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, insert plates/ embedded plates/pipes of GI in heavy quality conforming to relevant BIS2062/ 1239 of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia MS rods, placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with one coat of approved anti corrosive paint of shalimar product for embedded portion of pipe as per drawing in line, level and plumb completeas directed.
33PRE-ENGINEERING STRUCTURE :
34Supply and Fabrication at Factory, Pre Engineered Frames, Purlins, Side cladding runners (Girts), sky lights, roof extractors, ventilators etc., by cutting, welding, straightening at workshop, conveying, assembling, erecting at work site at all levels by bolts and nuts including subsequent field welding, drilling, grinding, bolting wherever required and hoisting in position for structural steel work. The job includes provision of cold formed sectional members for Z purlins/girts, pre-engineered frames using M.S Plates, tie beams, catwalk, crane girders, platforms, ladders for the members wherever required as per design, suitable supporting system for fixing polycarbonate/translucent sheeting to prevent dislodging etc., complete as specified and directed.
35PRIMARY MEMBERS :- Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Primary Structural Steel Members including rafters, columns, Crane Gantries, etc., of built up sections ary Members: Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Primary Structural Steel Members including rafters, columns, Crane Gantries, etc., of built up sections made out of M.S Plates having minimum thickness of 8.00mm and minimum strength not less than Grade E 350 and Quality "C" as per the Table -1 of IS 2062 : 2011 to relavent ASTM manufactured by M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL make including painting with 2 (Two) coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1(One) coat of Zinc Chromate primer of make M/s. Asian Paints, Johnson and Nickelson, Berger, Nerolac, etc., including welding with MIG/MAG welding in a well established workshop using electrodes or fillers of make M/s. L&T, D&H, Advani, etc., transportation of members to site, bolting as perIS 4000 / welding at field by MIG/MAG, erecting members using suitable cranes/jigs/pulleys in line , level, plumb etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standardsto 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated. Thickness of the Washer shall not be less than 5mm
36Bracings, Walking Platforms, Stairs/Ladders: Providing walking platforms, stairs/ladders, bracings, supporting system as required/as per design using standard steel sections like joists, angles, channels, etc., of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL of strength not less than Grade 250 and MT - Quality "C" as per Table-1 of IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding, painting with 2 (Two) coats of synthetic enamel paint over One (1) coat of Zinc Chromate primer of make M/s. Asian Paints, Johnson and Nicklson, Berger, Nerolac, etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards equivalent to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated. Thickness of the Washer shall not be less than 5mm
37Purlins and Girt Members: Providing and Fixing Secondary Structural members including Purlins, Girt members, Eaves, Struts, Ridges and other items made out of Galvanized cold rolled sheets of Z shape not less than 2.5mm thickness and web depth of 200mm with stiffened flanges of Class designation GP 350 Class 2 conforming to the requirements of IS 277:2018 manufactured by M/s. JSW, Tata, Vizag Steel, SAIL make including shop painting , fixing to main members using Bolts and Nuts conforming to A325 ASTM standards equivalent to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS 3757including overlaps, etc., the average mass of Galvanized Coating thickness shall be minimum 350GSM conforming to IS 277 all complete as specified and directed. Note: Overlaps will not be measured for payment.
38GALVALUME ROOF SHEETING :- Providing and Fixing Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Sheets of make M/s. JSW/TATA Bluescopeconforming to ASTM A792M/ IS 15961 for roofings and claddings using sheets in 0.5mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) with minimum galvalume thickness of AZ200 gsm and yield strength not less than 350MPa including flashings, corners, ridges, eaves boards, bird mesh etc., of approved make including fixing the sheets with Stainless Steel self tapping, self drilling and self fastening screws, and EPDM Washers, etc., all complete as directed. a) Roofing with colour coated Galvalume sheets & Rain water pipes, etc. Note: Roofing and liner shall be done with insulative material in between. Insulation will be measured separatly.
39Translucent Polycarbonate Sheeting: Polycarbonate Sheeting of 1.5 mm thick, Pressed to matching trough Corrugations of roofing of M/s. Sabic-Lexan, GE make, Everest or any othermake for sky lights including sealing around sheets with GE Siliconates or any other sealants, treating for rain proof, fixing sheeting with SS self tapping screws etc., complete as directed.
40FOUNDATION BOLTS :- Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds conforming to IS 432 (Mild Steel Bars Grade – I)/ IS 1875 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels Complete and as directed.
41INSULATION :- Providing and fixing insulation of 50mm thick fibre glass of make Pilkington/Twiga/Owens cornings of(500 guage of polyethelene sheeting) density 18Kg/Cum over liner sheeting for purpose of sound insulation including providing protection for moisture absorption fixing the pad with SS 304 mesh of 24gauage to purlins with suitable screw and washers complete in line level complete as specified and directed.
42GI DECK SHEET :- Providing and fixing roofing consist of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 used as permanent shuttering over which MS wire mesh 3mm laid at 100x100 mm grid/ or reinforcement steel including edge trim covered with concrete. This metal deck will be supported on structural steel beam with shear studs. (Structural steel like Beam, column, joists etc. & concrete, reinforcement steel will be paid separately. Shear studs/connectors will not be paid seperately).
43STONEMASONRY:
44Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals and plinth at and at all depths below finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc.,using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116,complete as specified and directed. (Stones to be used from the site)
45BRICK MASONRY:
46Brick work using quality flyash (nonmodular) bricks of class designation 7.5conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) at and at all depths below plinth level in foundation and in plinth, storm water drains, etc., simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints above ground level, curing etc.,complete as per specifications and as directed forsub structure etc.,
47Brick work using quality flyash bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 ) at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, rakingout joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.
48Half brick masonry using non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conforming to IS :12894 in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement. Note:- Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item.
49ROOFING :
50Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI Slotted cleats of size 25mmX35mmX1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners , 4mm GI adjustible rods with galvanised steelk level clips of size 85mmX30mmX0.8mm , spaced at 1200mm centre to centre along with main "T" , bottom exposed with 24mm of all "T" sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint for all heights ,as per specifications , drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
51FLOORING :
52Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavatopr/approved means at OMC and compacting with suitable means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: Measurement for payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work). Stone shall be used from the site.
53Providing and laying at all floors and levels 6mm (min) thick first quality glossy/ matt / antiskid/rustic / digital collection etc. ceramic tile flooringas per the approved pattern and colour as mentioned below conformingto IS 15622 latest of edition from approved list of maufacturers or equilvalent laid in cement mortar bedding / backing, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings/cutout if necessary, wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc.complete all as per drawing specifications & as directed by Engineer in charge. a) In flooring with rustic/matt finished/ 300x300mm/ 600 x 600mm or equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand) b) In skirting laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing. c) Anti skid ceramic tile with 300x300 or equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20/15mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4.In dado / clading with tile of size 200x300mm or size as per working drawing laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing for toilets. d) Sand shall be crushed stone sand. e) Tiles shall be of make Kajaria/Regency/Somani/Jhonson & Jhonson Note:i) Quoted rate shall include extra cement mortar required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.
54a) Anti skid ceramic tile with 300x300 or600X600 equivalent approved sizes of ceramic tile laid over 20/15mm thick cement mortar bedding 1:4. for toilets
55b) In dado / clading with tile of size 300 x300mm orsize as per working drawing laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:3 backing for toilets.
56Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite flooring/dado using slabs of gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias, steps and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse Msand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish incuding making holes, molding half round/full roundnosing and grooves for antislippery measureetc. complete at all levels as specified and directed.
57Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles in size as mentioned below (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make like Kajaria/Regency/Somani/Jhonson & Jhonson , in all colours and shades, laidcement mortar , jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., completefor entrance foyer, corridors, lobbies, etc. Note: i) Quoted rate shall include extra cement mortar required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. 154Providing, fixing, filling and sealing expansion/construction joints using 12 mm thick bitumastic board manufactured by M/s. STP Ltd., or any other approved equivalent in expansion joints of cement concrete roads including cleaning the surfaces where joints are formed applying one coat bitumastic emulsion cutting the board to the required sizes placing in position filling and sealing the top of the joints with Salitex sealing compound of size 12 x 20 mm deep, using compound manufactured by M/s.
