| 1 | SITC Providing synthetic track for all weather use : PU Coated Sandwhich SBR- PU Synthetic Surface:Supply and installation of 14 mm thick resilient synthetic Atheletic track of full Polyurethene all weather surface (a combination of uniformly graded SBR and EPDM rubber granules thoroughly saturated with polyutrethene binders) including laying ,jointing and fixing the same on the sub-base for global competition including all markings over the laid synthetic Atheletic track and standard complete in all respect .The rate shall include survey ,measure installation of lines ,track and field event markings and indication plates for the running track .Providing & Applying One Coat of PolyUrethane primer to enhance subquent adhesion between PU Layers & Asphalt Sub base (20 micron). Providng & Applying one Coat ofSBR Recycled Rubbergranules of 6mm diameter mixed with One Component PolyUrethane Binder. Aromatic PolyUrethane Binderwith a Tensile Strength greater than 100 Mpa & Elongation Greater than 500 % should be Flexible & Elastic & introduce cushion effect to the Synthetic Surface. (10 mm). Providing & Applying a One Coat of 2 Component PolyUrethane Sealer Coat . PolyurethaneSealer Coatshould be elastomericwith a Tensile Strength of 6 Mpa & Elongation of 300 % (1 mm). Providing & Applying One Coat of a 2 Component PolyUrethane Cushion Layer Cushion Layer introduce comfort to the Synthetic Surface with a Hardness of Shore A 45with Tensile Strength of 10 Mpa (2 mm). Providing & Applying One Coat of EPDM Layer to introduce UV resistant & Colour Retention EPDM layer should be freely broadcasted on PU Cushion Layer (3 mm). Providing & Applying One Coat of Aliphatic PU top Coat sprayed on to EPDM Layer (20 micron). As per direction of Engineer-in Charge. |
