Tender For Maintenance Of Completed Scheme Under N.A.-Ii / Sz Sub Head :- Cleaning And Sweeping Of Roads And Common Portion In Constraint Area Of Ph-Ii, Vasant Kunj. 1 Cleaning, Sweeping And Removing Vegetation, Opening & Cleaning Of Bell Mouth, Cleaning / Sweeping Of Footpath, Service Lane I / C Collection And Carriage Of Malba, Rubbish, Vegetation, Dead Animal Etc By Rehri Rickshaw From The Scheme Area Upto Collection Point Within The Area As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge At Site From Where It Will Be Disposed Off By Mechanical Transport ( Payement For Disposal Will Be Paid Extra ) . 2 Disposal Of Building Rubbish / Malba / Similar Unserviceable, Dismantled Or Waste Materials By Mechanical Means, Including Loading, Transporting, Unloading To Approved Municipal Dumping Ground Or As Approved By Engineer-In-Charge, Beyond 50 M Initial Lead, For All Leads Including All Lifts Involved. Conditions: - 1. The Agency Must Deploy 12 Nos Of Environment Assistant Daily In Proper Uniform At The Work Site. In Case Of Absence Of Any EaS From Duty, An Amount Of Rs 1500 / - Per Ea Per Day Will Be Recovered From The ContractorS Bill.2. All T&P Shall Be Arranged By The Contractor And Shall Have To Bring In Advance For At Least On MonthS Requirement As Per Approved Brand / Instructions By The Engineer-In-Charge.3. Cleaning And Sweeping Shall Be Done On Daily Basis I / C Sunday And All Holidays.4. In Case The Specified Areas Are Not Sweeped And Cleaned To The Satisfaction Of The Engineer-In-Charge, A Token Penalty Of Rs 5000 / - ( Rupees Five Thousand Only ) Per Day Shall Be Imposed And Deducted From ContractorS Bill.5. In Case Any, Challan From Mcd / Ngt / Court Or Any Other Department Is Issued Related To The Subject Work, The Same Will Be Solely Borne By The Agency.6. Agency Must Submit Details Of Staff Deployed On Its Letter Head Before Start Of The Work, Also A Copy Of Photo Id Proof Of The Staff Deployed At Site.7. The Final Percentage Rates Quoted By The Agency Must Incorporates The Requirements Of Minimum Wages Paid To The Environmental Assistants As Notified By The Gnctd Time To Time Plus Gst As Applicable. Failing To Meet This Requirement, The Bid Would Not Be Considered And Will Be Rejected Out Rightly As Unresponsive.8. Wages / Dues To Every Ea Shall Be Paid In Compliance Of Minimum Wages For Each Category As Notified Time To Time By Gnctd. The Same Will Be Paid Directly By The Contractor To Every Environmental Assistant Through Bank Ecs Or Online Transfer To His Bank A / C And Photocopy Of Payments Proof Along With Bank Statement Will Be Submitted To The Division Office Every Month.9. The Agency Will Have To Submit The Proof Of Depositing Environmental Assistants Contribution Towards Pf / Esi Etc. Of Each EaS In Every Two Months.10. The Agency Will Deploy Sufficient No Of Wheelbarrows, Rickshaws, Or Mechanical Carrier For Disposal Of Garbage / Refuse, Malba, Rubbish Etc Collected After Sweeping Up To The Designated Site Of Disposal Failing Which A Token Penalty Of Rs 2000 / - Per Day Shall Be Imposed.11. The Gst Payment Vouchers Against The Bills Given By This Division To The Agency, Will Be Submitted By The Agency In The Sub-Division Before The Paymentof Every New Bill ( R / A And Final Bill ) .
