| 1 | Monthly charges for Control Room HVAC "Lump sum monthly charges for AMC of HVAC system installed at control room. This shall cover all maintenance activities (as stipulated/ mentioned in Scope of Work) excluding annual overhauling. Scope of Supply: a) Supply & replacement of mechanical seal assembly whenever required shall be in the scope of contractor. b) Supply of refrigerant (R 22) & Nitrogen required during the entire contract period shall be in the scope of contractor. c) GAIL shall supply lube oil, expansion valves, loading/unloading & oil pressure switches, all spares of: compressors, cooling towers, AHU, motor, electrical panel, chiller & cooling water pumps of HVAC system. For details refer clause no 7 of scope of work." |
| 2 | Monthly charges 7.5 TR Split AC "Lump sum monthly charges for AMC of Split AC of SWGR room including all associated equipment as stipulated/mentioned in scope of work. Total number of units-05. | 3 | Descaling of condenser Descaling of condenser by chemical on as and when required basis. Chemicals, pumps etc. equipments required for descaling shall be in the scope of contractor. |
