Sl. No. Item Description
1Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled ductble, direct expansion (DX-type) condensing unit of capacity (5.5 Tr x 2 No"s) 11.0 Tr comprising of multi / single, scroll / rotary compressors with eco friendly refrigerant (R-410A / R-32 / R 407C), suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz AC supply with necessary electrical control panel. The evaporator unit shall consist of evaporator coil made out of copper fin, 10 micron filters etc., all housed in sheet metal casing complete and shall be installed celling of the first floor building using necessary fasteners. Also suitable canvas connections shall be used for connecting between evaporator unit and existing duct / plenum as per the site requirements.The unit shall incorporate programmable timer, temperature controller, electronic control unit including remote control pad etc.,. all complete. The remote control pad shall be located at an operational height. The unit shall be complete with first charge of oil gas and drip tray complete. The condensing unit shall consist of condenser coils, fan, fan motor, casing supporting stands, drive guard, vibration isolation pads suitable to mount on pedestal outside the building. The condensing unit shall be installed rigidly using necessary MS angle frame / civil constructed base frame / pedestal and anti-vibration pads etc., all complete as required.
2Supply and fixing of suitable sizes of refrigerant suction and discharge pipe made out of hard drawn / soft drawn copper including accessories, jointing / brazing etc duly suitable insulated using Class-O / elastomeric nitrile rubber type tubular sections to prevent condensation with / without adjustable ring type hanger supports etc complete as required. The entire length of the piping inside the room / external shall be properly fixed using necessary supporters etc,. as per the site need. The quantity shall be measured as per actuals.
3Supply & Installation of 50 mm Ø ‘U’ CPVC drain water pipe of and duly insulated complete with fittings, accessories, bends, elbows, tees, wall sleeves, hangers, supports, anchors with 6 mm thick tubular insulation of closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber as required.
4Supply of15 W, LEDcool day white / warm white round recess mounting LED luminaries with high efficient LED & glare free opal diffuser having IP 20 protection luminarieswith CRCA / aluminium housing enclosure including control electronic gear etc. all complete and suitable for operation on 230V, 50 Hz, power supply as required.
5Providing and fixing tiled false Ceiling of Acoustical suspended ceiling system with fine fissured tiles having board edges of M/s Armstrong or equivalent with following specifications(a) The tiles shall have humidity resistance of 99% RH,NRC 0.55, light Reflectance>80%, Thermal conductivity k=0.052-0.057 w/moc, colour white, fire performance class O/class 1(Bs-476) with life time warrantee against sag in module size of 600mm x 600mm x 16mm laid on 24 x ll - Hot Dipped galvanised steel suspension system having rotary stitching on the main runner, 1200mm and 600mm cross tees.in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections ( galvanized @ 170 gsm/sqm.) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200 x 600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 24x25mm made of0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of 21x21x0.3mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, wherever, required, cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats fixed to ceiling with6 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised level clips spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete at all heights as per specifications drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Modification / repair / leak test of existing duct as per site need including connecting of two supply air duct with plenum & return air duct etc,. All complete. The necessary rigid supports shall be provided wherever required.
7Dismantling, of existing2 nos of 7.5 Tr of condensing unit, ceiling mounted type ductalbe evaporator, copper piping and etc. The existing condensing units are installed on the second floor terrace of the building. These units shall be shifted to ground using adequate man power / crane etc,. After dismantling, the indoor, out door units and all accessories shall be shifted to CSIR NAL central stores. The distance between location & central stores will be around 200 meters.
8Dismantling of existing false ceiling made out of wood and aluminium grid section of 600 mm x 600 mm with ceiling tiles respectively. The debris shall be removed from the site and shifting to outside of the CSIR-NAL campus as required.
