The job includes fabrication, erection and anchoring of 02 No.s ISMC / ISMB of required size as per site condition with base plates of size 600mm x 650mm having thickness of 16 mm (approx.) upto the approximate height of 14’ in each column. Further job includes fabrication of bracing made up of MS Flat / ISA of required size along with ISMC / ISMB in order to increase the strength of the columns. Further the job includes welding of gusset plates of size 300mm x 500mm (approx.) above each column that acts as cantilever beam above the height of 14 feet of each columns and then fabrication of ISMB 350 above the cantilever beam of 100 feet length above cantilever beams on both the sides of shed in order to make the path for running of EOT crane along long travel and then welding of MS Square of required size over the full length of girder to support the beam. Further the job includes fabrication of 2 no.s ISMB 500 of approx. 45 foot over the both girders for the cross travel movement of crane along the width of the shed. And also the fabrication of ISMC 200 which acts as end carriage using superior quality of welding rods. The accessories of the EOT crane of required specification includes Electric Main Motor, Break motor, Gear motor, LT Gear motor, Gear Box, crane wheel of dia. 300mm,control panel , hoisting equipments etc. The job includes Providing, fitting and Installation of EOT Crane of 5 ton capacity and all other allied accessories and also testing on full load inside the fabricated CGI Shed. The job further includes painting of all MS items, CGI sheets situated at the roof of the shed with two coats of primer after removing of rust and dust with the help of sand / Emery paper and then two coats of Superior quality Emulsion Paint for the protection of shed. Complete job includes cost of material such asMS sections, paints, nuts, bolts, welding rods, transportation charges, skilled/unskilled labour charges on account of loading, unloading, handling, cutting, fabrication, erection etc and hire charges of welding set ,gas cutter etc inclusive of all taxes.
