Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer\"s specification.One or more coats on old work.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Labour only for Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Labour only for fixing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with washers or screw with washer all complete.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m².

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with thefollowing sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, singlecore cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit asrequired.2 X 6 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire.

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bellpoint with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductorsingle core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVCconduit/PVC Casing Caping, with piano type switch, suitable size PVC box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.Group A

Supply anf Fix 10 Sqmm 2 Core, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and over all PVC in service connection.
