M&L for fixing bricks of approved quality as boundary for grass and plants complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for planting of tree saplings (Neem/banyan/gulmohar / teak/mango/Aina/Kusumbi/Karanda creeper/Vine Yam) of not less than 1.2M height of approved species including making and filling in pit (in any type of strata) with fertile soil mixed with composite manure in the ration of 1:1 by volume, levelling and watering as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and plantation of approved shrubs/hedge including all necessary excavation in trenches in any type of soil/strata of size 0.45m wide & 0.45m depth complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F for unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floorsfor 15 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floorsfor 20mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connectiuons 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15 mm dia Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs Pillar cock with swan Neck regular winging spout with water saving aerator jali for wash hand basin complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Bib tap Sink cock with regular winging spout with flage with water saving aerator for jali for sink complete all as specified and directed.

Providing one man per day for 8 hours for maintenance of grass/plants including watering to plant/grass etc for one year.Note: (i) The plant/hedge/grass shall be kept live by watering and taking care of plant up to date of completion. If plant die during period of completion or period of maintenance, contractor has to replace the same and make all arrangements and take care so that plants/shrubs/hedge/grass do not die.(ii) The panel recovery of Rs 500.00 per day shall be levied if duty person found absent.(iii) Attendane register shall be maintained and signed by concerned duty person, JE and Engr-in-charge.(iv) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of all the provisions as catered in PS clause No 12 mentioned on srl page No.45 of CA. No claim what so ever be entertained after submission of BOQ on this account.
