5Supplying, installing,testing and commissioning, Automated Metal Boom Barrier of approved make and quality including barrier aluminium bar 4000 mm longwith mobile support, 24V DC motor with control unit in box, double built in LED flashing light, double spring to counter balance movement, entire body of unit and all aluminium work finished in UV resistant epoxy powder coating in approved shade, all accessories such as gears and levers, encoder for obstacle detection, manual lock release feature by key, three station push button, pair of photocells with anodised aluminium vertical mounting, built in control panel & motor, key operated lever release system with a cover plate, rubber end plug for aluminium bar, barrier cabinet, barrier mounting base etc. Work include all the necessary minor civil work if required.Supply & laying ofcables of suitable ratingin suitableHDPE/ DWC/ GI Pipes (upto 30Meter) and interconnection complete as per site requirement , technical specifications and as per directions and to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
6Supply and fixing of 4 ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 250 Amp tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB"s and MCCB as incomer (but without MCB"s and MCCB as incomer) as required.
7Supply of 3.5 core ,50 sq.mm of XPLE insulated PVC sheathed ,aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 (Part -I),1988 ammended upto date
8Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 63 Amp 16 KA 4P MCCB
9Supplying and fixing 6 amps to 32 amps rating, 240volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, single pole miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive loadin the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
10Supplying and fixing32 amps rating, 415volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, 3 Pole miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
11Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.
12Supplying & laying of PE80, PN6, 63 mm dia HDPE pipe ISI markedas per IS: 4984/2016 with latest amendment up to date along with all necessary accessories likecoupler and other required accessories etc. direct in ground (750mm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trenchcomplete as required.

17Supply ,Installation,testing & commissioning of advance maintenance free Chemical Gel Earthing of Dual Pipe Technology (GI) of 3mtr longh 50mm dia of outer shell (MS) with the 25mm dia inner shell (MS) of 80-100 microns galvanized earth electrode filled with highly conducting metallic compounds with the permanent sealing at both the ends with the lead terminal of 32X10mm size at the top along with 50 Kgs of Chemical mixture of Resistance Lowering Grounding Minerals. The loss on ignition by mass of the chemical compound shall be less than 20%. The Chemical compound should be tested and certified by any International accredited or BIS( Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory. The earth electrode shall be dully tested & certifed by CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt. of India. The chemical earth electrode manufacturers should be an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001: 2004 certified organization. The Earth pit should be covered with heavy duty polyplastic weather proof chamber etc. as required & approved by the Engineer in Charge.
