The Five Nos. Of Receptaclesshall Correspond To Three Nos.For 3 Phases. One No. For Neutraland Balance One No. For Earth Connection. Theearthcontact Shall Be Such That The Contact Shall Make First And Breaklast Withthe Plug To Ensure Safety.2 ) All The Contacts Shall Be Silver Tipped, Springloaded, Buttend Self-Aligning And Self-Wiping And The Temperature Rise Shallbeless Than The Requirements Given In Iec309-1.3 ) The Socket Shall Be Providedwith Spring Loaded Lid And Getlatched In The Closed Position When The Latchisdepressed The Cover Shall Automatically Get Opened.4 ) The Contacts In Thesocket Shall Be Closed By A Shutterarrangement To Prevent Exposures Of Livecontacts.
