4Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5Brick work with sub class `B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metremean radiusbuilt in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
6Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work orconcrete surfacesin cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
7Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work orconcrete surfacesin cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
8Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick, as in leveling coarse of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
9Vetrified Ceramic tiles (Dark Shade/double charged/ultera charge) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured, laid over and including15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.
10Vetrified Ceramic tiles (Dark Shade/double charged/ultera charge) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured, laid over and including10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.
11Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in sub base complete all as specified and asdirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.
12Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate, 100mm thick, as infloorsfinishing surfaceseven and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
13Forming 12mm thick expansion joints of concrete slab 100 mm thickfilled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade "A" including bituminous filler, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

18M&L for preperation of old painted surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat oil bound distemper over a chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
19Preparation of old painted steel or steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girthand applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,completeall as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge.
20Preparation of old painted wooden or wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girthand applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,completeall as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge.
21M&L for preparing new plasted surfaces of walls, applying Two or more coatsof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including primingcoat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, completeall as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in -Charge.
22Preparation of new plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and applyingtwo coats ofdistemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
23Dismantling of boarding as in partition wall, screen wall of any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24Anodised aluminium(powder coated minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)window and ventilator shutters,partition wall fixed type powder coated of any colour sliding/ hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos.) suitable handle (1 No.),complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
25Tinted sheet glass, 4 mm thickglazing within alm framesincluding necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings as required, complete all as specifiedand as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
26Dismantaling boarding/false ceiling of any description fixed in any postion with nails, complete all as specifiedand as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. .
