Providing precast cement concrete Jali 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size), reinforced with 1.6mm dia mild steel wire, including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3fine sand) etc. complete, excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits.
