| 1 | Following works are to be Carried out for the Work of Attending Water Leakage from various Pumps, Shafts & Valves etc., Overhauling & Replacement of Deluge Valves, repairing of Foot Valves etc. along with other associated works for successful operation of emulsifier System in Auto Mode with all cost of Men, Materials, Misc Consumables, Normal & Special T&Ps etc. required for Satisfactory Completion of work, as per Technical Specification & direction of the J.E(M)/A.E(M) as per details below : |
| 2 | Servicing & Overhauling of existing various water Pumps installed in the Pump Room having water leakages from main shaft and other places, the work includes change of gland and installation of new water seal as per specification. |
| 3 | Servicing & Overhauling of Diesel Pumps installed in the Pump Room replacement of lubricant oil, filters andcheckingof water leakages from main shaft and other places, the work includes change of gland and installation of new water seal as per site requirement and 2 Coat of Paint. |
| 4 | 200HP Electric Motor Driving main water pumps with end section type having capacity of 210 cubic per hrs. Installation of water gland plate and seal and two coat of paint. |
| 5 | 15HP Electric Motor Jockey Pump with 11 Meter Cubic pump capacity with replacement of Star Coupling, Gland Plate etc. with 2 coat of Painting. |
| 6 | Cleaning of Emulsifier Water Storage Tank (Size 8 Meter x 9 Meter x 5 Meter) having Algae / Biological growth on its wall & floor and Mud inside the Tank with procedure involves cleaning wall floor and applying specialized anti-algae/biological primer with top coat finish of water proofing paint (Liquid membranes epoxy coating technique) to prevent and retard the biological/algae growth in future. |
| 7 | Complete servicing of Air Compressor including changing of Compressor Oil, Air Filter, Fan Belt etc. and other associated work related to complete the job satisfactory and also check the electrical circuit for auto function. |
| 8 | Repairing of existing Foot Valves along with replacement of flapper and cleaning of strainer along with dismantling and reinstalling foot valves of various sizes as per details given below. |

Ltd. make, UL Listed, Temperature Rating - 79 0C (175 0F), K-Factor - 5.6 US (80 Metric), Finish – Chrome Plated. |
| 37 | Supply & installation & commissioning of high velocity water spray nozzles of HD Fire Protect Pvt. Ltd. make, UL Listed, K-Factor – 18 US (1.26 Metric), Flow Capacity 3.5 Kg/cm2, Spray Angle 800 with Copper Strainer, Finish – Nickel Chrome Plated. |
| 38 | Miscellaneous work and item like Dismantling Air Pipe Line and to attend Leakage/Blockage etc., Alarm Gong, Brass Globe Valves, Back Pressure Valve, Priming Water Tank etc. and other works not included in above work that may be necessary for successful Completion of work and to put above Emulsifier System in Auto Mode. |
