Overall routine maintenance and service of 225 TR Daikin make water cooled screw chiller PFS 240.2. The job includes checking the motor terminal and tightening the same and insulation with respect to earth, cleaning of contactor kits using the CRC- sprays and checking all power terminals and tightening the same, checking of all the sensors, switches, coils etc., checking the temperature of all power terminals, checking the oil and gas level, checking the leakage of refrigerant using soap solution and all other jobs of routine maintenance and service. The job also includes running the chillers after routine maintenance and service for suitable time and observe the running parameters. The job includes technical person charges, skilled manpower charges, labor charges, material handling charges, specialized tool and tackles charges and all the taxes thereof. The job also includes visit charges.
