2Supply and install Voltage stabiliser for automatic operation, digital type single phase naturally air cooled indoor type , copper wounded & designed for input variation between 150 V to 280 V with output viltage stabilized at 230Volts with accuracy ± 2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA(for ACs)complete all as specified and directed.
3S&Fsingle pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole 25 Amps MCB, 240 volt complete all as spacified and directed. Make:- Havells/L&T/HPL/C&S
4M & L for Sub main cable with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper cable drawing in and including PVC conduit 25mm dia, 1.5mm wall thickness complete with all accessories such as nickel plated steel saddles, screws including 1x 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper cable as continues earth wire connecting to common earth and earth dollycomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
5Supply, install, testing and commissioning factory made and tested Automatic Power Factor Controller (APFC) Panel outdoor type, platform mounted suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, protection type IP-65, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bar 250 Amps rating in colour code RYB with 3 phase and neutral installed on porcelian insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.00 mm CRCA MS sheet and with base frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron . The complete panel shall be powder coated inside and outside (of approved shade) including suitable size of copper strip from bus bar to MCCB & internal wiring with PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cables of appropriate size but not less than 4 sqmm, front opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutters including locking arrangement as per manufacturers, all as specified and directed. The scope of work includes supply and fixing of following :- Note:- (i) Panel shall be fixed on platform with PCC (1:4:8) , type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 15 cm thick in foundation, brick masonary in CM (1:6) and 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC Padding in PCC 1:3:6 , type C-1 on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be 45 cm height from the nearest road level/floor level, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) All incoming MCCB shall be connected through MCCB spreaders with incoming bus bar and incoming cable shall be connected with incoming bus bar. (iii) On/Off push button as required for capacitor banks as desired are deemed to be included in rate quoted by Contractor. (iv) Drawing shall be approved well in advance from GE before fabrication of APFC panel (v)Cost of platform, MCCB spreaders, cable glands, locking arrangement with lock and key and any minor addition/alteration if required at site (The decision of AGE (I) will be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor addition/alteration) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

7Material and labour for dismantling old earthingand Supply , installation and testing earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60 cm×60 cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not lessthan 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to and including GI Strip 32 x 6 mm (upto the body of equipment) by means ofGI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm boreGI medium grade pipe.Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation and earth work , all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I. Notes :- (i) PCC Chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting maner. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
8Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty LT underground electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specifiedand directed. Notes:- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.
9Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation for laying cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
10Returning,filling in and including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.
11Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
12M&L bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class "B" bricks) laid flat abutting each other with width of protection being equal to length of brick. The gap between should not exceed 10 mm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.
