    Tender For Procurement Of Spares.  Gas Outlet Tubes & Adjoining Tubes – Straight & Bent 63.5Mm X 4Mm X 5-5.5Mtrs Long ( Supplied Loose ) 20 Pcs.  Down Comer Tubes 3-1 / 2” X Sch 40 X 5 Mtrs Long 2 Pcs.  Membrane Fin Plates / Strips As Required 22 Pcs.  Mounting Plate For Smoke Box A36 - 6Mm 2 Sq / Mtrs ( 1 Plate )  Castable High Temperature Refractory 300 Kgs  Insulation ( Rockwool ) In The Way Of Repairs ( 50Mm Thk ) 8 Rolls ( 36 Sq / Mtrs )  Tubes Material Grade Stb 340 / P235gh / Gb3087, 106Grb Or Equivalent With 3.2 Class Certificate ( Lr, Abs, Dnv, Bv, Nk, Irs ) Bb. Installation Scope For Tube Replacement ( During Sailing )  Mobilize Team  Open Manhole, Access Doors As Required  Remove Insulation, Cladding & Refractory In The Way Of Repairs  Flame Cut 10 Gas Outlet Tubes & 10 Adjacent Tubes  Crop Out 2 Down Comer Tubes  Remove The Tube Stubs From Both Drums And Prepare The Tube Holes By Grinding / Cleaning  Carry Out Ndt-Dpi Check On The Tube Holes  Install The Newly Supplied Tubes  Weld The Tube To Top And Bottom Drum Holes Using Approved Wps  Fit Up And Weld Fin Material Between Membrane Tubes Using Wps  Light Expand The Tubes Before And After Welding  Carryout Post Weld Ndt- Mpi / Dpi As Required  Prepare The Boiler And Carryout Hydro Test - Witnessed By Class / Ship Representative  Install Refractory In The Way Of Repair  Install New Insulation And Refit Old Cladding As Required  Signing Of Documents And Demobilize
