5	REMOVAL OF EXISTING WOODEN FLOORING taking all necessary safety precautions, manually / by mechanical means including supply of all tools and tackles, propping, underpinning, cleaning and disposal of unserviceable materials to the designated place within the Refinery premises as directed andincluding breaking into pieces, all labor, tools, etc. complete all as per trade practice and as directed byarchitect/ consultant /Engineer in charge.( Refer drawings sheet no : 1 )
6	Providing & layingCEMENT CONCRETE SCREED Using machine trowel of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 M sand: 3 Coarse aggregates 12.5mm and down graded aggregates) using 53 grade OPC inBoard Room & inclusive of curing/pond curing, brooming with wire brush, finishingetc.all labours, tools and tackles complete as per drawing, specification & as directed by Engineer in charge.
7	DISMANTLING OF FALSE CEILING AND WALL PANELLING with frame workof any description(taking all necessary safety precautions) for all heights above floor level including hire charges for tools & tackles, providing necessary scaffolding, propping, underpinning, temporary supports etc. ,as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge, cleaning and stacking, transporting, loading & unloading and handing over of serviceable material like aluminium frames at destined location /CPCL storage Yardwithin the refinery area and disposal of unserviceable material atdesignated place within the refinery area as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 8	DISMANTLING OF WINDOWS & DOORSwith frame, shutterschowkhats, architrave, holdfasts grill ,etc. all complete including hire charges for all tools & tackles required for carrying out dismantling,stacking material, transporting, loading & unloading and handing overto scrap yard/stores within Refinery premisesas specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( Refer drawings sheet no : 2 )
9	Providing and laying BRICK MASONRY IN SUPER STRUCTUREabove FFL level using cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement:5 Coarse Sand)for allheightsincluding the cost of materials, labour,tools and tackles, scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, providing recesses, making openings of any shape and size,embedding the fittings,curing, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10	Providing 15mm THICK CEMENT PLASTER in cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 M sand) onbrick masonry, PCC/RCC surfaces including preparation of base, cleaning, chipping, hacking of existing plaster, scaffolding if required, finishing, curingincludingmouldings and providing grooves in plaster, etc. as specifiedfor all depths and heights including labour charges,tools and tackles,material costs etc. as per specifications and asdirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.
11	Providing 6mm THICK CEMENT PLASTER in cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement:3 M sand by volume) on Roof Ceilings, concretesurfaces including preparation of base, cleaning, chipping,hacking of existing plaster, packing of electrical works,scaffolding, finishing, curing etc.for all heights complete with all labour charges,material costs,tools and tackles etc.as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
12	REPAIR OF EXISTING WALLS & CEILING plasters of varying thickness of 12mm to 20mm including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints, preparing and plastering the surface of the walls and ceilings complete including disposal of rubbish to the designated place within the Refinery premises with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine aggregate). Rate inclusive of chipping and scaffolding. All complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13	FLOORING TILES
14	Nylon Carpet tile of multi level loop pile type of size 500x500mm with 100% Nylon 6 yawn, height of the pile should be 3.5mm, overall thickness of carpet should be 6mm. The pile weight be 680g/sqm. The Brand, shade, Pattern and colour shouldbe approved by E-INC. (Refer drawings sheet no: 1) Samples to be submitted to EIC for approval.
15	FALSE CEILING
16	Providing and Fixing suspended12.5mm GYPBOARD PLAIN PANEL CEILING including Gypserra Perimeter Channelis fixed along the perimeter of existing wal with the help of HILTI HPS - 1 (6x40) impact anchor, at 600mm centres.Gypserra Ceiling Angleis suspended by fixing it to the Gyproc Soffit cleat and or Gyproc Rawl Plug-8x45mm creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid.Gypserra Intermediate channelis fixed to the Gypserra Ceiiing Angle with M6 x 12mm Hex Bolt & Hex Nut arrangement or with 2 Nos of Ø4.2x13 Gyproc metal to metal screw. The Gypserra Ceiling Sectionis then fixed to the Gypserra Intermediate Channelwith the help of Gyproc Connecting Clipand in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel at 457mm c/c. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge GYPBOARD PLAIN TILE (conforming to IS 2095 Part 1 : 2011) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screwsat230mm centres on ceiling section and 150mm at periphery of ceiling.Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing Compound & Joint Paper tape.The work is to be executed all complete at all different elevations including material costs,labour,tools and tackles complete all as per trade practice and as directed byarchitect/ consultant /Engineer in charge. 17	Supply & Fixing of 600X600mm Aluminium Tile Perforated with easy demountable Clip-In Tile with Clip-In U channel system manufactured out of 0.7mm thick Coil Coated on a continuous coil coating process on Aluminium Alloy 3105 with 2.4mm dia perforated 16% Openness in 5.5mm Pitch with NWT acoustical tissues at the rear side of the tile, self-glued to achieve 0.7NRC.The work is to be executed all complete including material costs,labour,tools and tackles complete all as per trade practice and as directed byarchitect/ consultant /Engineer in charge. 18	Providing and fixing Linear Slat Ceiling 80B Perforated Aluminium Panel & V groove ceiling manufactured by M/s Hunter Douglas India Pvt. Ltd. of Walnut wood colour consisting of panel 80mm X 15 mm deep X 0.5mm thick Perforated Aluminium Panel of 2 mm diameter diagonal patten with 5 mm centre to centre apertures represents 16 % openness with panel length up to 6 mtr, Coil Coated on a Continuous Paint Line, and shall be stove enamelled in a continuous coil coating process with the approved colour on the exposed side and the reverse side with polyester primer. The work is to be executed all complete including material costs,labour,tools and tackles complete all as per trade practice and as directed byarchitect/ consultant /Engineer in charge. 20	Providing WALL PANELLING on existing brick wall with 25mm x 50 mmX2mm(0.767kg/M) aluminum hollow sections at not more than575 mm c/c on either direction with necessary clamps and fixing of 8 mm thick BWP plywood by screwing to the aluminium framework and providing with walnut veneer of Greenply/Century/Archidplyon exposed side and applying with approved quality antitermite chemical solution on concealed surfaces with all complete including material costs,labour costs,tools and tackles etc. all complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.The shade ,colour,tecture of veneer shall be as approved complete all as per trade practice and as directed byarchitect/ consultant /Engineer in charge. 28	Providing and Fixing ISI marked, 30mm thick BWP FLUSH DOOR SHUTTERS of Greenply/Century/Archidplydecorative type, consisting of solid core block board bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin andwith 4mm overall thickness walnut veneer of Greenply/Century/Archidply facing both sides with 1st class teak wood lipping on all edges. 39	Providing and fixing Satin Fabric CURTAINS ( should absorb sound and blackout the light ). It should be installed in a ripple fold pattern. The measurement of the curtain is based on the width of the track and the total height is from floor level.The work is to be executed all complete including material costs,labour,tools and tackles complete all as per trade practice and as directed byarchitect/ consultant /Engineer in charge.
