| 1 | Maintenance of all Audio, Video, Projectors, Signage, Conference System and CCTV Camera System at KMDA surrounding Unnayan Bhavan complete with related all equipments & accessories installed at the Conference Room Block-A, 3rd floor, Conference Room Block-B, 1st floor & Conference Room SPMG of Unnayan Bhavan as per scope below and terms and condition attached & as per direction of EIC. (a) Routine check-up, maintenance of all Audio, Video, Projectors, Signage, Conference System complete with related all equipments & accessories. (b) Attending break down of all Audio, Video, Projectors, Signage, Conference System and CCTV Camera System complete with related all equipments & accessories (minor defected spares to be provided by the agency and major part to be take up department) (c) The agency has to keep the installations in perfect working order and has to carry out routine maintenance work. (d) Any incident/mishap that may result in injury to the body or person or death to the staff of contractor on duty shall be contractor"s responsibility and depertment shall not be responsible for any liability. |

| 3 | Works relating to maintenance will be carried out as per schedule of rates of Electrical Works CMDA (part-1, April92-93) with amendment by E&M sector, CMDA and as per rates approved by the approving authority time to time as per requirments. Also as per the PWD schedules of rates 2017 will be followed. |
