Topographical survey of land showing all existing features boundaries, buildings, carriage ways, footpath, drain, manhole, gate values, storm water lines, GI & CI lines on ground, trees or area covered under trees (where marking of individual tree is not possible), electric and telephone poles, nallah, overhead water tanks etc. taking levels at grid 5m x 5 m using total electronic station, including preparation of contour plan at 1.0 m contour interval and fixing, calculation of area with standard surveying software program, plotting on Auto CAD to the suitable scale and supply drawing along with CD.

Determination of SBC by conducting standard Penetration test at the site at an interval of 10 m as per IS:2131-1981 collection of disturbed/undisturbed soil sample 10 m interval and their complete laboratory testing as per Indian standard for classification of soil (Sandy/clay) indication percentage there of various index and engineering properties of soil to access the allowable bearing capacity on shear stand as well as on settlement consideration and depth of Sub-soil water table if encountered.
