8Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS : 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to ta vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. no. 6.30 of IRC : SP:63 (2018) from BiS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small oprotruding profile on the vertical face of paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per CL No. 3.26 of IS : 15658) and the specified size and shape with aspect ratio (the ration of length to thickness of a paver block as per CL No 3.3 of IS : 15658) as per Table 2 of IS : 15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS : 15658, on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted hedding send of 25-35 mm thikc regarding of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC-SP 63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joints filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut bolcks as per CL No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63) and with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction jewelling and filling up of the edges gap. 100 mm thick Grey

12Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per Clause 803 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
13Supplying & fixing of Raised Pavement Markers / Road Studs / Cats Eye made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face which shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to clause no 804 of MoRT&H"s specification for Road &Bridge Works (Fifth Rev.). Marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm, width shall not exceed 130mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 sq.cm. on each side and slope to the base shall be 35 ± 5 degree. Fixing will be without nails but by using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer"s recommendation including site clearance etc. and complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge .The contractor will have to provide a test certificate from a reputable national/international laboratory conforming the above specifications.
