| 2 | NOTES :- 1.Maintenance of AC plant andentire system/equipmentsof capacity 3x 225 TRin summer, winter andmonsoon season as per the period of contract includingdaily/periodical checks i.equarterlymaintenance requirement as per manufacturer\"s instructions.The above quoted rates covers daily upkeep of AC plant as described above all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for smooth & efficient performance to achieve inside designed conditions throughout the season.2. Cleaning of inside and out side of the installation and the costthereofshall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. 3. Contractor shall rectify the fault within 4 hrs or as directed by Enng-in-Charge. 4. Contractor shall maintain temperature of AC plants as per direction ofEnng-in-Charge or his rep within design limit as specified in PS.3. During entire contract period any defective componentsor any other materials which is not specified in sch \"A\" but repair/replace to make plant/ mechinery fully functional.The cost of the same is deemed included quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. 4. The cost of transportation and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by the contractor in this effect , hence the bidder/tenderer is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quoted there rate accordingly5. Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM.6. Comprehensive /Periodic maintenance means ensuring optimal functioning of AC plant by the synchronizing levels at no extra cost. 7.The contractor shall provide of high skilled mechanic/Special engineer required for fault during currency of contract period if required. The cost of the same shall be deem to be included above quoted rate8. All labour charges for taking out old spares/ items and replacing spares, testing, commissioning transportation etc shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. In case any expert technician/engineer required for major faults of pant shall be provide by contractorwithout any extracost of depertment.11.Above central AC installation shall be run24 Hr x 7 days. |
