| 2 | Supplying and fixing AC corguated sheet roofing with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheets of fully corrugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. |

| 4 | Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) |
| 5 | Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 6 | Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS doors and windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete. |
| 7 | Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of cement paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work). |
| 8 | Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.) |
| 9 | Supply and delivery of Electric Monoset centrifugal pump conforming to IS9079:2002 as amended from time to time, with CI FG 200 Casing ,hydraulically and dynamically balanced Bronze grade LTB-2 impeller, impellerring and casing ring, stainless steel shaft capable of discharging requiredquantity of water against a total head noted below due to all causes. Pumpshall of BEE 3 Star Rated and capable of discharging the specified quantityat the head noted at the minimum NPSHA at site conditions. The shut offhead shall be atleast 25% over and above the head at duty point. The pumpshall be suitable for operation in AC three phase , 415 V+/- 10% , 50 Hz +/-5%. Squirrel cage induction motor for continuous operation. The speed ofthe Pump and Motor shall be not less than 2700 to 2900 RPM respectively. |
| 10 | Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheetsfor panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter. |
