Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing, pedals and base plate cover shall be made of plastic with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and UV resistant. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated. all open ends of pipe to be closed by GI/LLDPE caps for user safety.
