10M&L for rendering 10mmthick in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of wallsfinished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
11M&L for preparing of newly plasteredsurfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
12M & L for applyingtwo coats of Oil emulsion distemper onnewly plastered surfaces on walls incl preparingthe surfaces and applying one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed .
13M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls externally and applying one coat of cement based paint including filling cracks / holes with wall care putty all as specified
14M&L complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer.
15M&L washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfacesand applying with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade(Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures.
16M&L rendering5mm thick in CM (1 :4) with WPC of 3% over 10 mm thick CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finshed even and smooth without using extra cement in patchesincluding taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
17Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

20M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of wood work and joinery exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint all as specified
21M&L preparation of old painted surfaces ofsteel and iron work exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified
22Removal of vegetation/tree growth etc on external surface of walls or on roof top upto four storied building by taking all necessary precaution to the workers and also the adjacent govt properties including digging out of filling holes with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) and finishing the surface to match adjacent surfaces after application of suitable chemical using " break" manufactured by M/S denocil company or equivalent to avoid re growth of the vegetation and removing the debris to outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed(Any damage to the adjacent govt properties like glass windows , pipes lines etc to be made good without any extra cost for plants girth not exc 5 cm
23All as above item No 22for plants girth exc 5 cm and n.exc 15 cm
