119	ITEM No. 85.00 above (Contd.....) (e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFI. Above FFI, another cementitious waterproofing waterproof coating “Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K” or equivalent make can be further applied right upto 2.1m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely (f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed M 15 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to stope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40mm OD (g) Carrying out test by floodingwater for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to theentire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall shall be provided. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2. (Note :- Lean concrete will be measured and paid separatily)
120	M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) lean concrete for filling sunkan floor etc. , complete all as specified and directed.
121	M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded brick aggregate) as in coving rounded, chamfered,sub base above lean concrete etc on sunken floor, complete all as specified and directed.
122	Removing of old water proofing treatment including screed bed and cleaning the surface of slab with wire brushes removing dust, foreign materials including flushing at junction of wall and and removing the rubbish off the premises to a distance exc 500 m, complete all as specified andas directed.
123	M & L forwater proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc. shall be carried out with and including the following provisions as mentioned below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) M&L for 10mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces. (b)Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm of area complete allas directed. (c) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven,polyester, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg / sqm with laps & overlaps asspecified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application methodall as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge and on completion of water proofing treatment to carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to theentire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge at his own cost. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint@ 0.15 ltr / sqm on the top of membrane surfaces, complete all as specified& as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
124	Removing of existing water tank of capacity 500,1000 or 2000 Ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and reconnecting & refixing in position after carrying out necessary roof treatment including necessary fittings and GI Pipes if required, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Necessary by pass arrangements for water supply is to be done by the contractor till completion of roof work at his own cost)
