1Taking down & removing old water proofing treatment of any description including plaster and cleaning the surfaces of slab with wire brushes, removing dust, foreign materials including flushing at junctions of wall and removing the rubbish of the premises to a distance exc 500 m & n exc 1.5km all as specified and as directed.
2Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slabcomplete all as specified below and as directed by steps of treatment are as under:- (a)The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushedcleaned to eliminate all sharp projection , washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive primer (b) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm shall be applied. (c) on this primered surfaceAPP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm with plain finish shall be laid by torch application method (d) Apply solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm.(e) the overlap of APP shall be done with torch application as per mentioned in SSR Part-I Cl 11.44.5 (Note: (i) The contractor/Company shall furnish 10 years performance warranty as per manufacturer of material (ii) The work should be done by a company recommended applicator and he should be able to furnish stage wise on site technical reports from the concerned company technologist).Make : STP, Fosroc, Thermax NOTE: The work to be done at height exc 12m and n exc 15m . The rate quoted should be inclusive of Machinery required for handling of materials.
3M&L for PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stoneaggregates) as in roof padding and haunching/Coping usingliquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer"s instruction complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE: The work to be done at height exc 12m and n exc 15m . The rate quoted should be inclusive of Machinery required for handling of materials.
4M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement on RCC roof slab or as per manufacturers instrucitons, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified NOTE: The work to be done at height exc 12m and n exc 15m . The rate quoted should be inclusive of Machinery required for handling of materials.
5Supply only Integral liquid waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instructions.Make : Dr Fixit or equivalent
6M&L for disconnecting existing water tanks setting aside (for lowering if required ) for repairs , cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position capacity of watertank exc 500 but n exc 1000 litres complete all as specified and as directed.
7M&L for disconnecting existing water tanks setting aside (for lowering if required ) for repairs , cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position capacity of watertank exc 250 but n exc 500 litres complete all as specified and as directed.
8Refixing 20 mm dia old steel tubing andconnections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including taking down and cleaning for re-fixing or removal 20mm dia.
9Refixing 15 mm dia old steel tubing andconnections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc including taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including taking down and cleaning for re-fixing or removal 15mm dia.
10M&L Supplying and laying of 20mm OD CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified in repairs including Taking up or down old steel tubing and connections.
11M&L Supplying and laying of 25mm OD CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified in repairs including Taking up or down old steel tubing and connections.
12Material and labour for removing of plants, bushes, weeds with roots from walls, roofs, chajja, canopy, parapets, roof kerbs, around water tanks, stagings, outlets junctions of water pipe lines, waste water pipe, bends or as directed and filling the disturbed area with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) or cment motar (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer"s instruction and making the patch finished as per existing surroundings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Rate quoted is deemed to be included for scaffolding, safety measured required for working on or up to the height of 15 metres vertical or steep slopes)
13S& F 1000 ltrs capacity of PVC Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI Marked(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part Iincluding 25mm size brass float valve, high pressure PTMT, with polythene float and flynut and connected fittingsincluding Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exceeding 500 ltrs of capacity and not exceeding 1000 ltrs capacity.
14S& F 500 ltrs capacity of PVC Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI Marked(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including Dismantling 500 ltrs capacity water tanksincluding 25mm size brass float valve, high pressure PTMT, with polythene float and flynut and connected fittings and removing to store as directed.
15S&Fin repairs PVC float valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe of bore 20mm dia or brass ferrule in repairs.
16S&F in repairs gunmetal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of bore 20mm dia.
17All as per item No. 47 above but 15mm dia.
18Taking down cement plaster ( Roof , Fascia )of any description of brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete
19M&L for rendering 15 mm thickin CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.
20M&L for rendering 15 mm thickin CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.
