    Supply Of Industrial Metal Clad 5 Pin Plug Of Decontactor Rated For 63 Ampsat 500 Volts Ac At 50Hz Supply Conforming To Iec 309-1 With Thefollowing Features.1 ) The Plug Shall Be With Five Pins For Usen 3-Phase, 4 Wire Earthed System. The Five Nos Of Pin Correspondto Three Nos. For 3 Phases. One No. For Neutral And Balance Oneno.For Earth Connection. The Earth Pin Shall Be Such That Thecontact Shall Make First And Break Last With The Plug To Ensuresafety.2 ) The Plug Shall Be Such That It Gets Latched Inthe Fully Inserted Conditions With The Socket. When The Latch Isdepressed The Plug Shall Disengaged With Sufficient Speed Tosimulate The Requirements For On Load Isolation. However The Plugshall Not Fall Off Till The Same Is Relieved With An Angulartwist. All The Contacts Shall Be Silver Tipped, Spring Loaded, Butt End Self-Aligning And Self-Wiping And The Temperaturerise Shall Be Less Than The Requirements Given In Iec309-1.3 ) Suitable Provision Shall Exist To Ensure Insertion Of Plugwith The Socket Only In The Correct Position.4 ) The Terminals For The Conductor Connection Shall Besuitable To Terminate Stranded As Well As Solid Conductorswith Constant Force Making Use Of Elastic Ring On The Conductor.5 ) The Construction Shall Be Weather Proof Meeting Therequirements Of Ip-66.6 ) The Material For The Insulated Partsshall Be High Grade Nylon Reinforced With Glass Fiber Forensuring Wear Resistance And Resistance To Cracking.The Components In The Arcing Zone Shall Be Thermostat Polyesterto Ensure Flame Retardant. The Housing Shall Be Aluminium Diecast.7 ) Suitable Provision Shall Exist For Clamping The Cable In Theplug To Avoid Strain At The Termination.8 ) The Plug Shall Be Dimensionally Identical To Cat.No.Ds6a7a1of Bch Make.
