Pump ) Under Bmc, Maintenance For One Year- 1 Supply and delivery of 125mm.dia heavy duty PVC Column pipe length 10- 0 (3.10mtr) make - Ashirbad/C.R.I./Raksha 2 Supply and delivery of 3 inch dia heavy duty PVC column pipe length 10-0(3.10mtr) make - Ashirbad 3 Supply of 3/5 dia 16 long special type short pcs. With both end V thread as per PVC pipe thread, as same thread with locking arrangement with one side flange for matching CIDF bend flange. 4 Supply and delivery of 3/5 dia (5/6) standard duty PVC / MS Adopter. 5 Supply of Star Delta Starter, 3 Phase, 440V for 12.5 HP to 15 HP including fitting fixing on old panel side wall with MS clamp including all Labour charges and inter Connection Complete. 6 Supply and connection of 6 sq. mm flat 3 core copper conductor PVC Submersible cable of Finolex make with water seal compound joint including less for unseviceable cable. 7 Supply and connection of 4 sq. mm flat 3 core copper conductor PVC Submersible cable of Finolex make with water seal compound joint including less for unseviceable cable. 8 Supply fitting and fixing of 100 amps. Main switch 415N/100 amps. In iron angle frame including all materials and labour charges 9 Supply and fittings MS top resting clamp 14 X 80 mm. section for submersible pump motor set in two part. 10 Supply of pump motor safety clamp with ring, plastic rope dog clamp rope from motor clamp to top rest clamp fixing. 11 Supply of SS patty for making clamp to central guard of PVC Column pipe including SS Nuts and Bolts. 12 Withdrawl of old Submersible pump motor set along with column pipes and other accessories from Deep Tubewell. 13 Dismanting 17.5 HP to 20 HP Submersible pump motor assembly along with NRV repairing and through overhaulling the submersible pump by replacing GM bush, bearing lock, impeller cooler ring, neck ring, bowel bush, SS bolt, nut, stud, washer,SS key, valve gate etc. by supplying new one including necessary machining, turning etc. and re-assembling the pump unit including less for unserviceable materials. 14 Repairing 17.5 HP to 20 HP submersible motor by rewinding and through overhauling by replacing Sand Guard, thrust bearing, Bush bearing, oil seal. SS bolt, washer, nut, stud etc. by supplying new one including necessary machining turning etc. and re-assembling the pump unit including less for unserviceable materials. 15 Lowering the submersible pump motor set complete unit including inter connection complete. 16 Repairnig of Auto Starter, Dol-Starter, Min Switch and required od materials point such as No-Volt coil, Magnate Coil, Contract point with assembly, fixed contract, fuse grip, HRS Fuse and necessary small materials including all labour charges. (1 No. Electrician and 1 no. halper) for smooth services in proper position as per direction of EIC. (For One Year) 17 Surging of existing tube well with chemical treatment and bucket wash (prior to use of Compressor machine) and developing the tubewell with compressor machine at least 3 (three) days at 8 (eight) hours per day till the yield of the tube well (measured by V notch tank) and draw down is within permissible limit of 10% variation and developing will be free from sand (rate is inclusive of all Labour and materials including hire charges of tools and plants and cost of materials).
