| 2 | SUPPLYING AND ERECTING SINGLE/DOUBLE BAMBOO SCAFFOLDING:Supplying and erecting single or double old or new bamboo scaffolding which will be in intact condition for the carryout the work as per siteconditions with required distance at inner as well as outer faces and horizontals and braces on the Building structure or any other places without any major puncher to wall surface etc. with support of nearest supporting elements of structure including all safety Precautions like window covering, Hessain cloth, Nylon Net, etc and removal of scaffolding after completion of the work etc. all complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.only one time payment of scaffolding will be made for the entire work execution. |
| 3 | GLAZED SURFACE AREA COATING:Providing and applying Hydrophobic Silane-Siloxane coating of approved make, to exposed galzed surfaces at all heights & leadsin two coats wet-on-wet or as recommended by approved manufacturer including preparation of surfaces bycleaning and washing the galzed surface with diluted solution of muriatic acid, curing, protecting, required scaffolding etc. complete .The rate includes the cost of all materials, coating with airless sprayer, cleaning the substrate of all laitance, construction dust, contaminants,etc., all complete and at all heights, leads as per particular specification & directions of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | PAINT EXTERNAL AREA (ELASTOMERIC BASED)Providing and applying one coat base coat then apply Primer and two coat of Elastomeric Paint of approved brand of Asian Paints, ICI Dulex, and Berger Paints Completes as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.Note: - It should carry minimum 10 years warranty given by the manufactures on their letter head. |
| 5 | ACP CLEANING;-Cleaning ofACP Sheet work by using standard cleaning materials with the help of errected scaffolding. The chemical / cleaning materials should be light so that no damage / corrosion occurs to aluminium composite pannel. Further, utmost care is to be taken so that no scratch Aluminium panel occurs. The rate is inclusive of all types of safety measures, equipments / apparatus & PPEs etc. completeas per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge. |
| 6 | GLASS CLEANING:-Cleaning of structural glazing / facade work by using standard cleaning materials with the help of errected scaffolding. structure is covered with structural glazing work which is consist of combination of both side glass and aluminium composite pannel.The chemical / cleaning materials should be of quality so that no damage / corrosion occurs to glass and aluminium composite pannel.Further, utmost care is to be taken so that no scratch either in glass or Aluminium panel occurs. The rate is inclusive of all types of safety measures, equipments / apparatus & PPEs etc. completeas per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge. |
| 7 | REMOVING EXISTING MOSAIC /KIN TILES :-Removing mosaic, cement marble, granites non-slippery, tandur, kotah, shahabad stone or Indian Pattern stone, glazed tiles in flooring and dado including bedding etc., and stacking the materials & carting away unserviceable materials etc. completeas per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge. |
| 8 | PROVIDING NEW MOSAIC / KIN TILES :-Providing laying and fixing glass mosaic tiles in the external wall of approved make, colour, pattern, size and thickness on the surface treated with waterproffing compound including backing coat of approved latex-modified thinset, jointing, filling the joints with non shrink neat cementetious coloured grout, curing, finishing etc. complete as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | REMOVING OF ACP SHEETS :-Removing existing ACP Sheets including frame work and stack-ing the materials as with all leads, lifts etc. complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge. |
| 10 | FIXING NEW ACP SHEET:fixing and installation of 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) of approved colour for external cladding in combination of solid and metallic colours, including all necessary Framework, support and complete weather sealing as per architectural drawing. The Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) should be made out of thermoplastic core of low-density polyethylene LDPE (100% virgin mix), sandwiched between two aluminium sheets of ALLOY GRADE- 5000 series, each not less than 0.50 mm thick, total thickness of aluminium composite panels not to be less than 4 mm, the exposed surface thereof shall have Stove lacquered finishing coat not less than (26 + - 2) micron (containing minimum 70% kynar 500 based PVDF) of colour and shade as per architectural design. The inside surface (facing the building exterior surface)shall have polyster based powder coating not less than 25 Micron with protective peel-off foil on the exterior face (peel off film will in no case leave any adhesive mark over the composite panel surface after it is peeled off). The supporting framework shall be made out of 50 mm X25mm X 3mm thick Aluminium section to be spaced horizontally and vertically for fixing of panel of size 900 mm X 1200 mm and fixed to the building structure as per design through 50mm X50mm X5 mm MS angle clamps prefixed to masonry or slab, columns with Hilti make anchor fastener screws. The fixing of panel to be done with the help of VHB tapes and screws and all the sealing of joints to be done with weather sealent Silicon etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | SS SIGNAGE (NAME PLATE) ON GATE :-Design, supply, fabrication and fixing of SS, non glare Signage board (2 ft. x 2 ft.- 1 One Number) for the accessible parking, as per the approved design and make, having 1.2mm thick SS non glare base plate and Grade 2/ Grade 1 Braille (raised dots) to be etched / engraved and be raised 0.5mm above base plateand Upper Case San Serif words and Universal Accessibility Symbol to be etched/ engraved and signage to be installed at a height of 2100mm from the ground level using a post of MS hollow square section (50mm x 50mm) as per the installation procedure specified by the manufacturer and as per accessibility standards and up to the satisfaction of the engineer in charge. |
