Separate List Shall Be Provided By The Bidder For Each Item/Group In The Format Enclosed Herewith With Itemized Cost And Ordering Of These Spares May Be Done By The Purchaser Separately On A Later Date And Not Along With Main Equipment.The Price Of Two Years Operation And Maintenance Spares Shall Not Be Considered For Commercial (Price) Evaluation Of The Bid. , In Case Of Discrepancies In The Item Description/Quantity In This Price Schedule Then Description/Quantity Etc As Per Mr Shall Prevail. , Bidder Shall Furnish The Break-Up Of Built-In Cif Value Against Each Quoted Item, Giving Details Of Description Of Goods, Qty. Rate Of Custom Duty Etc. In Attached Cif Format Cif-A1 , Bidders Quoted Price For Site Work Should Be Minimum 2.5% Of Total Quoted Price (Supply+Site Work+ Mandatory Spares) . In Case Bidder Quotes Price For Site Work Less Than The Specified Percentage, The Differential Amount Shall Be Withheld And Paid Against Completion Of Site Work. , Charges Quoted Against Sitework At Col. 9 Shall Be In Accordance With The Terms & Conditions For Site Work Enclosed With The Bidding Document Document And As Per Sr.No.2 Of Material Requisition. , As Stated Elsewhere In Tender, Bidder Is Required To Quote All Components Of Price Schedule. In Case, It Is Found That Some Of Components Of Price Schedule Viz. Freight, Ocean/Air Freight Charges, Incidental Services Component, Etc. Are Left Blank Or Quoted “Nil / Zero” In Price Bid, The Same Shall Be Considered Inclusive In Total Quoted Price For Evaluation And Ordering. No Confirmation From The Bidder Shall Be Sought In This Regard. , I) Bidders Must Submit This Preamble With Their Bid With Both Unpriced & Priced Offer.
