| 10 | Supply & fixing of 30 mm thick PUFF panels over a roof / wall of JSW, TATA or equivalent make (Baby Ribbed Finish on Inner and outer in plain colour coated Galvalume sheet with CHC/HCFC free polyurethane foam as the core which is injected between the two sheets with highly sophisticated computer controlled foaming machine. The panel is manufactured by using continuous foaming method. PUFF_PREFABRICATED panels compramisingof 5 corrugation-250 mm pitch with exterior baby ribs for extra strength and 1000 mm cover width made and total width of 1070 mm. Polyurethane foam density of 40+/- 2 Kg/m3 in 30 mm thick shall be supplied. The work shall be carried out as per manufactures specifications and as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
