Industrial safety helmet RED colour having glazed surface finish and made as per IS-2925-1984.The helmet shall be made of ABS grade plastic material suitable for use in heat zone application. The helmetshall have NAPE Strap Type adjustable ratchet with nylon tape chin strap. Sweat absorption pad should beprovided at the front of head band inside. An opening slot of 20mm X 3mm on both sides of the helmet is to beprovided for fixing EAR muffs. Ventilation holes to be provided in the shell to permit circulation of air inside thehelmet. The Helmet should be ISI/DGMS approved and hence the helmet shall have ISI/DGMS mark. IndianRailway monogram shall be screen printed on the front side of the helmet. The successful bidder shall submit thesample after placement of purchase order and obtain approval of the sample before bulk supply as per CVCguidelines. Offer should accompany copies of ISI/DGMS valid approval letter for Technical Scrutiny. Size:MEDIUM. Inspection will be carried out at RWF as per approved sample.
