Comprehensive Maintenance To Certain Bldgs Of Zone I And Ii At Umroi Mil Stn Under Ge Umroi. 1 Taking down door frame or chowkhats exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.0 sqm each(without taking off shutter from frame) complete all as specified and directed. 2 Taking down door frame or chowkhatsnot exceeding 1.5 sqm each(without taking off shutter from frame) complete all as specified and directed. 3 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. 4 Demolition ofcement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 5 DismantlingPlain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital orsimilar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed. 6 Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including allquoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed. 8 Dismantling chain link fencing of any gauge & size exceeding 4kg/sqm complete all as directed. 9 Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as infoundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 11 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and labour for Mild Steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 30cm long complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including priming with red lead and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and fixing in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line wire to be measured. 16 Supply and fixing sheet glass ordinary quality 4mm thick glazing in square/ rectangle not exceeding 0.50 sqm each pan with oil putty or aluminium beads fixed to steel etc complete all as specified and directed. 17 Material and labour for 4mm thick figured glass not exceeding 0.50 sqm each pan, pin headed type and glazing with oil putty or aluminium beads fixed to steel etc complete all as specified and directed. 18 Material and labour for anodised powder coated (minimum thickness 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed. 19 Material and labour for anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.75 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed. 20 Material and labour for anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.) hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos.) suitable handle (1 No.) complete all as specified and directed. 21 Material and labour for anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and preparation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening complete all as specified and directed. 22 Material and labour for prelaminated particle board of 12mm thick, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed. 23 Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed. 24 Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), for lying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed. 25 Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and no pigments 20 cm x 20 cm x25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed. 26 Material and labour for vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shade, polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed. 27 Material and labour for Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed. 28 Supply and fixing of Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ ridge/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws in roofs complete all as specified and directed. 29 Supply and fixing steel work in tubular trusses Fe-410 including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 etc complete all as specified and directed. 30 Supply and fixing angle iron post in fencing and similar work, cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting etc. not exceeding 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165(Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under Structural Steel) complete all as specified and directed. 31 Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. 32 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including internal wall putty 1.5mm thick whiting and preparation of surfaces for distempering complete all as specified and directed. 33 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint including 1.5mm thick external wall puty including chalk whiting and preparation of surfaces for acrylic paint complete all as specified and directed. 34 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc.including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed. 35 Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on external surface of brick work in two layers (10mm & 5mm) mixed with water proofing compound on top layer as per manufacturers instruction, finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Make:- WPC will be measured and paid separately. 36 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 37 Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internal surfaces on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 38 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including internal wall putty 1.5mm thick and chalk whiting primer and preparation of surfaces for distempering complete all as specified and directed. 39 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint including 1.5mm thick external wall puty and chalk whiting primer and preparation of surfaces for acrylic paint complete all as specified and directed.
