8Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

11M&L for factory madepre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.
12M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks or slabs, 10 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 in walls complete all as specified & as directed.
13M&L for precast cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match Set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.
14M&L for Second class hard wood in scantlings, well seasoned, clean sawn, timber framed and fixed, in repairs, to replace old and decayed timber (including piecing, scarfing, etc., of old and new timbers if required) and removing defective portions to store complete all as specified and as directed.
15S&F Second class hard wood kiln seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.
16S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain framed panelled door shutter (any number ofpanels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle boards with commercial veneering on both face the size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.
17S&F factory made 30 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton window shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edge of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24(b), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.
18S&F 150 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolt (ISI marked) of extruded section and fixed.
19S&F 100 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolt (ISI marked) of extruded section and fixed.

26S&F GI chicken wire mesh cut to size made to shape as ordered including fixed to walls with nails for receiving the plaster complete all as directed. (Note: Weight of GI chicken wire mesh shall be 140 to 180 grams /Sqm)
27S&F aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frames and shutters for doors, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing, anodised aluminium snap on beading, neoprin gasket etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
28S&F rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, steel ladders etc fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.
29S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with bolted or welded attachment, including necessary welding etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality `A’ complete all as specified and as directed.
30S&F rolled mild steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality "A’ complete all as specified and as directed.
31S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified & as directed.
32S&F mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
33S&F mild steel screw bolts of 11-15 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10cm long complete all as specified.
34M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.
35All as per serial item No. 34 here-in-before but 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.
36S&F factory hot dipped galvanised (minimum 80 microns as per IS 475) steel rolling shutters of 1.00 mm thickness of laths, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, without ball bearing, erected in position as indicated, complete all as specified & as directed.
37S&F safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified & as directed.
38S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified & as directed.
39S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/ ridges/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding, safety net, safety belt, etc
40S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/ cladding to walls, ridges, gutters, valleys etc. fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding, safety net, safety belt, etc
41S&F 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheets cladding, eaves, etc, vertical or horizontal, with and including fixing in necessary Aluminium frame work flat, angle or T as per best trade practice and filling the joints/grooves with non staining silicone sealant including fixing of angle cleats, screws etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Viva, Aludecor, Reynobond, Virgo, Alex Panels, Indo Bond, Euro bond, Alstrong, Rinac, Areca Alupanel or equivalent as approved by GE. Notes : (i) Colour of ACP sheets shall be as approved by GE. (ii) Frame work is included in this item. (iii) The decision of GE regarding Frame work as per best trade practice shall be final & binding.
42M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6,type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushedstone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall belaid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.
43M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, hard standing, path way, pavement, etc, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.
44M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring etc laying in alternate panels with broom finish complete all as specified and as directed.
45M&L for machine cut mirror polished Kota stone slab 18 to 22mm thick laid in floors over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed bed/bedding layer.
46M&L for machine cut mirror polished Kota stone 12 to 15mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc. laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of rendering (as screed bed).
47M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 300mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before incorporation in the work.
48M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC mixed @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
49M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/ block/ stone masonry surfaces other than fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
50M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified & as directed.
51M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty on walls complete all as specified & as directed.
52M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty as per manufacturer"s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
53M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by meachanical means (any no of layers), wahsing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty as per manufacturer"s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
54S&F 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads or fixed to aluminium sections not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as directed.
55M&L for two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of pink primer on new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new wooden surfaces complete all as directed.
56M&L for one coat of first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint on old painted wooden surfaces any description over 10 cm in width or girth after necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.
57M&L for preparation of new wood and wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified
