| 4 | M&L Cleaning the surface of all the loosely adhering particles, dust etc, manually/ mechanically as required, as per the site conditions with suitable means and repairing any spalled area with epoxy putty/ high strength polymer ready mix mortar where ever required as per the directions of engineer in charge (ready mix mortar to be measured seperately). |
| 5 | M&L forapplying two coats of food grade, water based, solvent free epoxy coating suitable for water reservoirs. The coating shall be done as per the manufacturers specifications @ 0.2kg/sqm /coat complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 10 | Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed and complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in filling foundations and mass concrete complete all as specified. |
| 12 | M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 14 | M&L for raised pointing in CM (1:4) to random rubble square/polygonal rubbles uncoursed or brought upto courses on old/new surfacescomplete all as specified. |
| 15 | Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified. |
| 16 | Amount of credit of Rs. 26190.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule \"A\" section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender. |
