[Notes: (1) For not rolling every third & top-most layer with minimum 8 Tonnes capacity p ower roller, deduction per cubic metre shall be made at the rate of Item No. 2.4 of CPWD DSR-2019. 35Designing, providing, fabricating and fixing profiled sheeting 730-1020 mm cover width, 28-30 mm crests @ 186-333 mm centre to centr e, manufactured out of 0.45 mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) Hi-Tensile Steel (Minimum yield strength of 550 MPa) coated with hot dip m etalic galvalume/ zincalume coating AZ-150 or equivalent as per AS:1397 and super polyster XRW quality paint coat as per AS/ NZS2728(Category-3) of approved colour for roofing, cladding, gutters, rainwater pipes, spouts etc. The total mass of the coating on both sides shall be 150 gms/sqm (Zinc 45%/ Aluminium 55%). The total paint coat thickness shall be 35 microns, comprising of 20 microns e xterior coat of super polyster XRW on top surface and 5 micron super polyester on back surface over 5 micron primer coats on both su rfaces including side and end laps. The sheets shall have wide pans with 2-3 stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and specia l male/ female ends with full return legs on side laps for purlins support and anti-capilary flute in side lap. The sheets shall be fixed using polymer coated hot dip galvanised hex head self drilling fasteners as per AS:3566 (Class-3) on each crest of sheets for connection with purlins and polymer coated hot dipped stitching fasteners at 300 mm c/c on all sides and end laps, etc. Approved sea ling tapes shall be used on side laps and end laps of sheets and closer to be provided at the last end of sheet. The measurement sha ll be based on per unit of finished/ laid area. Item to include curved sheets also wherever required. The Contractor shall give mini mum 10 year guarantee for the sheets against deterioration, disintegration, loss of lustre, variation in colour, etc. and leakages a cross laps, fasteners etc. The Contractor is to submit design and shop drawing for approval on the sheet profile, design and detailsbefore installation for Roof, side cladding, gable end cladding, gutters, rainwater pipes/ spouts etc. [Note: The area of sheet cov erings shall be measured on the flat surface i.e. without allowance for laps and ribs].
36Providing at all heights, levels and locations Aluminium profile industrial troughed sheet of Alloy 31500/ 31000/ 40800, conforming to IS:1254, IS:737, IS:2676. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping SS screws of size 5.5x65 mm with EPDM seal c omplete up to required pitch in horizontal, vertical or curved surfaces including cutting to size and shape where required as per sp ecifications, detail drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of all screws, seal, ridge, labo ur, scaffolding, machinery for fixing and approved sealent where required etc. but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusse s 0.71 mm thick 0.71 mm thick, the profile detail width 1044/920 mm, cover width 1000/875 mm.
37Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter lock ing metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sq.m., both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" ru nner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 6 00 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thic k (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/ making, opening for services like dif fusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted clea ts of size 27x37x25x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia. and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanis ed butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main "T", bottom exposed width of 24 mm of al l "T"-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as direct ed by the Engineer-in-Charge : GI Tile (Plain & Tegular Edge) G.I. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measure d for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 52Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open g rooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including: (A) Structural ana lysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of w ater to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (B) Providing, fabricating, supplying andfixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4 mm thick alumin ium composite panel material consisting of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thi ck). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF/ Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resi n coating of approved colour and shade on face #1 and polymer (Service) coating on face #2 as specified using stainless steel screws , nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (C) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5/ MSwith Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bo lts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specificati on and drawing. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium co mposite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over ofthe building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The Contractor shall p rovide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the Arc hitectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Cha rge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Pane l Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in square metre up to two decimal places.

55Point wiring - Supplying, installation and testing with 1.5 Sq.mm stranded PVC insulated copper conductor wires for phase & neutral of 650V grade including earthing by providing 1.5 Sq.mm earth insulated continutity wire of copper in PVC conduit (Supply & installa tion of PVC conduit covered elsewhere in SOR) recessed on wall/ceiling/ false celing including supply & installation of switch boxes ,junction boxes, pull boxes, bushes, screws, check nuts, bends, modular switches and sockets . 56Wiring with PVC insulated 2.5 sqmm copper conductor wire for phase & neutral , 650 V grade including earthing , the third pin with 1 .5 sqmm copper conductor earthing insulated continuity wire for exhaust/ wall bracket fan including providing and fixing of 5 pin 6 A modular socket and 10 A modular switch near the door or as as per specifications and drawings. The circuit wiring shall be with 4 sq. mm PVC copper wire from switchboard to 1st exhaust fan for multiple exhaust fans in one circuit.
