Tender For Proposed Extension Of The Existing Municipality Building For Thalassery Municipality Lift Installation- 1 Supply, Installation,Testingand Commmissioning of 8 Passenger lift with the following specification including all required standard features. 2 Type of Lift 8 PASSENGER MRL - GLS , 544 Kgs 3 Load / Persons-544 Kg. / 8 persons 4 Rated speed -1.00 Meter/Second 5 Travel-10 Mtr ( Approx ) 6 No. of floor and entrance served-Ground to 2nd floor - 3 openings 7 No. of floor served-Three floors 8 Method of control-Micro processor based V3F with ARD system. 9 Position of machine -Above hoist way 10 Size of lift well(Available)-1760mm (wide) x 1600mm (deep) 11 Size of car platform-As per IS 12 Car entrance-As per IS 13 Leveling accuracy-As per IS 14 Car door opening -As per IS 15 Drive-Variable voltage variable frequency(V3F) 16 Operation-Down Colllective control with ON/OFF switch 17 Construction of design and furnishing of car body work-Stainless steel cabinet with mirror finish with push to talk, emergency light, alarm, Stabilizer, LCD display in car & landing, floor announcement system, mirror finish ceiling, LED lights, antiskid SS flooring, hand rail, Hit guards etc. 18 All buttons in car and all landings should have Braille sign. 19 Landing entrance-Automatic Telescopic opening stainless steel sliding door as per ISS with provision for mechanical opening key for emergency with full length infra red light curtains and Stainless Steel framed 1/2 glass door. 20 Bell indication and position indicator-Up/ down direction indication at all landing 21 Electric supply-1) Light 230/50C/s single phase 2 wire system. 22 2) 415V 50C/s 3 phase 4 wire system. 23 Infra red door opening system To be provide for entire length of the door 24 Automatic Rescue Device-Provide automatic rescue device with an electronic controller powered by 4 Nos. 12V 24 AH dry free maintenance batteries. The rescue operation should act within 10 seconds of power failure 25 Voltage stabilizer-Provide servo control voltage stabilizer suitable for control and motors if required. 26 Indication in the car-a) Car position 27 b) Call indicator 28 c) Door close/open push button 29 d) Emergency stop button 30 e) Flush mounted switch for fan and light 31 f) Non stop button 32 g) Battery operated emergency lamp with rechargeable batteries. 33 h) Battery operated alarm bell 34 i) Intercom wiring with one master unit with two slaves 35 j) Firemans switch at main lobby 36 k) Auto attendant control (inside the car) 37 Winding handle-Manual winding handle for use in emergency. 38 Safeties-a) Over speed governor, operated safety gear 39 b) Buffers 40 c) Motor over load protection 41 d) Phase reversal protection 42 e) Other safeties as per ISS 43 f) Single phase preventor 44 g) Final limit switch 45 Levelling-Automatic levelling at all landing as per IS 46 Guarantee-Company shall carry out free maintenance during warranty period of 36 months which also includes 47 a) Cleaning lift equipment 48 b) Lubrication of all moving parts 49 c) Replacing of lubricating oil when required 50 d) Checking and adjusting contacts 51 e) Replacing fusible item alarm etc. 52 f) Recharging batteries in case of drain/ renewing batteries 53 g ) Replacing /rewinding of all defective parts of the lift including motors and V3F unit 54 Control panel-Control panel will be dust and vermin proof of sheet metal enclosure 55 Announcement System-To provide lift announcement system 56 Tests-At site test as per IS to be carried out and approval from Electrical Inspectorate before Handing over. 57 Scope of work: 58 a) Supply of lift materials 59 b) Minor civil works such as construction of buffer block in the pit machine foundation in the machine room, cutting pockets and grounding brackets for the guide rails, grouting boxes for control units in the front side of the wall. 60 c) Scaffolding 61 d) Door frames 62 e) Supporting steel 63 f) Temporary electric supply for installation of lift. Electric supply for testing and commissioning of lift is to be arranged by the firm on their own account. 64 g) Intercom facilities with one master and two slaves 65 h) Battery operated alarm 66 i) Obtaining Scheme approval as well as energization Certificate from the electrical Inspectorate including preparation of necessary drawing for the same.Necessary fee shall remitted to the Inspectorate by the firm for which no refund will be made from the department including taking insurance for one year as per new lift rule. 67 j) Supply of book let with complete details of maintenance schedule and control diagram. 68 k) Giving training to department staff for attending trouble shooting 69 l) Free servicing for 36 months after handing over
