Finally Full Load Testing Of The Same After Conducting Below Mentioned Repairs And Complete Installations At Site. Old Unserviceable Material If Any Shall Be Returned And Stored To Department Through Proper Approved Return Indent. 2 Manufacture, Providing, Fitting Of Gm Bell Mouth Bush As Per Sample. 3 Manufacture, Providing, Fitting Of Diffuser Upper And Lower Bush As Per Sample. 4 Manufacture, Providing, Fitting Of Ss Sleeve To The Line Shaft As Per Sample. 5 Providing And Fitting Of Rubber Bush Bearing As Per Sample. 6 Manufacture, Providing , Fitting Ofgland As Per Sample. 7 Manufacture, Providing, Fitting Of Gm Bush To Gland Box. 8 Providing And Fitting Of Column Pipehalf Threadbolts Out Of Stainless Steel Bolts Along With Nuts Of Size ¾” X 4”. 9 Manufacture, Providing, Fitting Of Cooling Ring. 10 Repairs To 20 Cusec Damaged Ms Pump Impeller By Way Of Rebuilding The Vane Profile Using Electric Arc Welding And Then Machining To Precision To Get The Desired Profile.
