    Tender Details

    Tender For Mechanical Repairs At Lis Sekyari Of Misd Hajin----Repairs to 350 mm ND foot valve by way of dismantling of suction pipe and foot valve by cutting/opening of rusted fasteners using skilled labour and special tools and tackles. The job includes fabrication, providing and fitting of new hinge-pin assembly, MS Circular Valve plate (6mm thick) and seat of foot valve by means of electric arc welding, using high quality electrodes. The job further includes providing and fitting of synthetic rubber washers, nuts and bolts (3 joints), foot valve plate/retaining washer(1No). Re-fitting of the foot valve with the suction pipe and reassembling of the suction line with the pumping unit and then testing on full load is included in the job. The rates are inclusive of to and fro carriage from site to workshop and back (including head load).
