Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2-Ton, 5-star rated, inverter type, wall mounting, high energy efficient, split air conditioner unit (IDU) fitted with hermetically sealed rotary compressor (ODU) suitable for eco-friendly and energy efficient refrigerant R-32A conforming to IS: 1391 Part-2 1992 (with latest amendments except power consumption norms) suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz AC supply and capable of performing functions such as cooling, dehumidifying, air circulating, filtering etc. and having features of long distance piping flexibility, wide angle air flow, IDU noise level < 43 dB (A) and ODU noise level < 56 dB (A) as per norms. The condensing and evaporating coils should be made of soft drawn bright annealed 100% copper tubes of suitable sizes and a standard length of up to 3 meters should be supplied with the AC unit and the copper pipes should be properly insulated with 10 mm thick closed cell Class ‘O’ elastomeric nitrile rubberized foam sleeve insulation. A standard length of upto 3 meters of suitable size ISI market multi-core PVC insulated FRLS round flexible copper control cable for electrically connecting IDU and ODU of AC unit and microprocessor based wireless remote controller with required number of suitable batteries should be supplied along with the AC unit.. Total 3 numbers of comprehensive free services should be provided for the AC unit (IDU & ODU) for the first one year applicable from the date of commissioning. One year warranty should be provided for the entire AC unit (IDU & ODU) and 9 years exclusive warranty for the compressor. Make: Voltas, Carrier, Panasonic, Blue Star or Daikin. 4 Nos. 2. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall mounting type 5KVA voltage stabilizer conforming to IS:8448 latest standards with input voltage single Phase Sine wave (120V-280V) and Output Single Phase Sine wave (210V-250V) Overall efficiency of ALVC (%) >/= 95% having copper windings, features of high power efficiency, intelligent time delay system, Low & High voltage cut-off protection, built-in thermal overload protection, LED indications etc. suitable for single phase 2-Ton air conditioner unit with 3 years Warranty and 3 months replacement guarantee (Make: V-Guard, VDI, Microtek-Smart, Crompton). 4 Nos. 3. Supply and providing 25 mm PVC pipe on wall as drain pipe for AC unit with all required accessories including cutting and making good the walls, colour washing etc. as required. 10 mtr. 4. Supply and fixing good quality of factory made powder coated MS frames (Condenser stand) with all required accessories including suitable size anchor bolts, anti vibration pads, etc. for mounting the outdoor unit of AC in position as required. 4 set 5.
