Annual Maintenance ( From May 23 To April 2024 ) At Antara Inspection Bunglow Under Krishnagar-I ( A-I ) Division, Krishnagar, Nadia. - 2 Payment for Cable Connection 2 Nos 3 Supply of 43 inches long Phool Jhadu with Plastic Handel. 4 Supply of Good Night Gold Flash Mosquito Repellent Refill (45ml) (Pack of 4) 5 Supply of Godrej Aer Spray premium air freshner (240ml) 6 Supply of Floor Wiper for Bathroom and Other floor cleaning. 7 Supply of Harpic Disinfectant Toilet Cleaner Liquid 500ml pack. 8 Supply of Harpic Disinfectant Bathroom Cleaner Liquid Lemon 1Lpack. 9 Supply of White Napthaline Balls (900 gms packet) 10 Supply Colin Glass and Surface Cleaner Liquid Spray ( 500 ml.) 11 Supply of Dettol Liquid Hand Wash (200ml) Bottle with Dettol Skincare Handwash Liquid soap Refill, 175 ml 12 Payment for yearly servicing charge of water purifier [aquaguard] 13 B. WORKS 14 Labour for Cleaning, Sweeping and Dusting the floor, wall of Rooms excluding the cost of broom,cleanig brush, Moper, Wyper, Phul Jharu, Nareyel Jharu etc. as required and as directed.(26 days in a month) [ For old building ] 15 Annual maintenance and cleaning of Gysure of different brand as established in different rooms of the Rest House as directed by EIC. 16 Annual maintenance and Repair of Iron Remover Plant including Back wash with supply of necessary fitting fixing etc. all completed as and when required as directed by EIC. 17 Electrical regular running maintenance work through out the year including supply of weir, cable, new insulator tape but excluding cost of Switch, MCB etc.and fixing different items and repairing of fault whenever required within 2 (two) hours of call as directed by EIC. 18 Loabour of Cleaning, Sweeping the bathroom and Kitchen etc. excluding the cost ofbroom, Toilet Cleaner, Phynile, Napthaline etc. and cleaning brush etc. as required and as directed with full satisfaction.(22 days in a month) 19 Labour for Cleaning, Sweeping and Dusting the floor, wall of Rooms excluding the cost of broom,cleanig brush, Moper, Wyper, Phul Jharu, Nareyel Jharu etc. as required and as directed.(26 days in a month) [ For new building ] 20 Washing & Cleaning of Bed Sheet, Pillow Cover, Towel, Curtain etc. and doing proper Iron in every time, the cleaning should be done 10 times in every month for Bed sheet, pillow cover and every two month for curtain including all necessary equipment and materials as required with fitting and fixing. 21 Polishing only of old marble or terrazo work with oxalic acidpowder using 33 gms/ sq.m. by manual labour / machinewhere necessary. 22 Labour for setting tiles in floor / pavement in cement mortar (1 : 4) joints finished with white cement. 23 Annual maintenance and Repair of generator as when requiredincluding supply of Disel and Other lubricants through out the year as directed by EIC. 24 Cleaning and removing conservancy garbages mixed with rubbish & other filthy materials from the road side flank, drain and compound including cutting, loading, unloading to and from truck or cart by Mathor labour & removing the same to any distance. 25 Maintainence and repairing of watersupply line, Seweage line etc. including all materials and labour as per direction. (Payment will be maid as per actual ) 26 Cleaning and disinfecting upto 2000 litre Water Tank including masonry reservoir. 27 Supplying fitting fixing of LED Tubelight (Havelles or Philips including all). 28 Supplying fitting fixing of LED Lamp (15W, Havelles or Similar Brand including all). 29 Supplying fitting fixing of LED Lamp (9 W, Havelles or Similar Brand including all). 30 Maintenance of hedge for one year including application ofnecessary pesticide, farm yard manure, replacement ofdamaged hedge plant by new one complete in all respect asper instruction of Engineer-in-charge. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials. 31 Spreading of sludge, dump manure,/farm yardmanure/animel dung manure and good earth in requiredthickness. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants excluding materials. 32 Supplying of Majdoor ( Considering 15 days per month = 15x12 = 180 days ) 33 Supplying and Planting of different plant / trees ( Supplyingwell grown plants bushy and healthy, minimum height asspecified i.e. exposed height including all leads & lift,carriage, handling, manuring, applying presticide and fertilizer etc 34 i) Seasonal plants like Antirrhinum,Calendula,Hollyhock, Aster,Vinka,Pensy,Petunia,Salvia etc. of leaves 4-5. 35 ii) Rangon chineese of size not less than 20cm 36 viii) China palm of leaves 4-5 in earthen pots size 25cm 37 xix) Bougainvillea (name variety, bushy plants, full bloom) of height 90cm-60cm in cement pots of size 30cm. 38 xxiv) Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis of height 60 cm to 75 cm in earthen pots of size 35 cm.
