1Processing of solid waste collected at single collection point of integrated SLRM centre by segregation (bio-degradable and non-bio degradablewaste) of solid waste including kitchen waste and conversion of waste into bio compost like fertilizer (Khad) etc. by using bacteria in required quantity with all necessary tool & tackles by deploying minimum manpower ( Project coordinator/supervisor-1 No., Security Guard/ Chawkidar- 2 No (in shift)., Waste handling workers/unskilled labour- 26 Nos.) in proper uniform wearing safety equipements such as helmet, hand gloves, safety shoes, mask, safety goggles etc. as per instruction of EICcomplete in all respect and inclusive of contractor"s profit. Segregation & conversion process include fine segregation as per requirement and further cutting of grass, leaves, etc and segregation of kitchen waste and making it in proper form of decomposting, decomposting of solid waste, composting of de-compost material using aerobic/bed/drum composting, drying and seiving of prepared compost, packaging in bags for solid compost and in canes for liquid fertilizers etc, all works as per instruction of EIC. Note: All records of prepared compost & non-bio degradable materials, manpower, in & out of garbage collection vehicles to be maintained on daily basis. Upkeeping & cleaning of premises to be maintained. Minimum manpower mentioned above will be deloyed daily, Double of minimum wages will be recovered in case of short engagement of labours.
2Transportation cost for disposal of non bio degradable waste/dry waste from SLRM centre to place suggested by nagar nigam including loading/unloading etc complete in all respect inclusive of all the expenditure (like toll, challan, etc.) incurred during transportation
3Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means overareas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan)including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kind of soil
4Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone having CBR >30, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator or plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of Specification.
5Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density in accordance to Table No. 400-12, 400-13 and as per clause of section 406 of specifications.
6Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement M-30 grade concrete over a prepared sub base with cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per IRC 15 2011 and as per relevant clauses of section 602 of specifications complete but excluding cost of steel in dowel bar and tie rods etc. Deduct from Item No.6.3 & 6.4 above if paver with electronic sensor is not used and laying, compaction is done by any other method (The acceptance criteria regarding level, thickness, surface regularity, texture finish, strength of concrete and all other quality control measures shall be the same as in case of machine laid.
7Add extra in item no: 6.3, 6.4, 6.6 & 6.10 above cost of steel in dowel bar and tie rod including craddle, laps etc. complete required as per design. Mild Steel
8Construction of embankment with approved materials CBR>7 deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-1, 300-2 and as per relevent clauses of section-300.
9Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift upto1.5 m. All kinds of soil.
10Grassing with selection No.1 grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 60 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed (the grass and earth shall be paid for separately). In rows 5 cm apart in both directions
11Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).
12Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5k.m.lead complete (cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).
13Supplying & Stacking of Selection No.1 Grass at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots in green including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc. and as per direction of officer in charge.
14Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportions pecified o rdirected by the Officer-in-charge
15Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth to be paid separately).
16Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gapfilling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide, lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel will be provided by the Department & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.)
17Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn for 60 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit form owing and disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying good earth if needed but excluding the cost of sludge or manure (The manure/sludge shall be paid for separately).
18Supply at site good quality pots Earthern pots of 12"" size
19Filling of the following size empty pots with mixture of good earth & manure in the ratio of 2:1 (Two part of Good earth & one port of manure)and placing the mon appropriate place i/c carriage of earth, manure and pots upto 50mtr, as per direction of officer in charge. (The cost of good earth, earthen pots & manure will be paid separately.) Size of Empty Pots 25cm Top dia, 15cm Bottom Dia & 25cm Perpendicular height.
20Painting of flower pots as per instructions of EIC. Earthern pots of 12"" size with colour/ terracotta.
21Providing and stacking of Bougainvillea (Variety Butiana, Lady Mary Baring, Mahara, Mohan, Scarlet Queen, Variegated, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi, Paratha, Subhra,Thimma, Spectabilis L.N Birla, Refulgens) of height 30 cm. to 45 cm. with 2-3 branches in 20 cm size of Earthen pots / Plastic pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge
22Providing and stacking of Duranta Golden, having ht.15 to 20 cm bushty shape with fresh and healthy leaves in 15 cm size of Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
23Providing and stacking of Bauhinia purpurea (Kachnar) of height 150-165 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

54Computer cutting of florescent/retro refractive sheet in different shapes and size in the form of letters of any language and pasting over the hoarding board/Sing board etc. as per direction for writingalong/information/making drawings/diagram etc. all complete as per instruction of EIC.
55Providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary protective screens made out of specified fabric with all necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position for the work duration as required by the Engineer-in-charge.Woven PVC cloth.
